Amazing stay with such a welcoming and passionate host

Lovely small B and B, thoughtfully decorated throughout. The host was helpful and accommodating. Great location for Dreamland Margate, and we even got a lift which was a lovely touch. Would happily recommend.

A husband and wife team run this 4 bed b&b. An art deco building with 4 themed rooms. We stayed in Amy Johnson. Hosts were very accommodating as they got duck eggs and streaky bacon for our breakfasts. Minor observations on our room. No dressing table or magnifying mirror and the bathroom was a little too compact with my leg hard up against the door frame. And the Tudor Gates room is named after a persnot a thing! Would happily go back

Great weekend trip to this Amazing B&B

We stayed in the David Bowie room which was fantastically decorated as was the matching bathroom. All rooms were immaculately clean and full of character and charm. There was a great choice of breakfasts which were beautifully prepared, and presented in the lovely ArtDeco dining room. Kat & Richard were wonderful hosts - so friendly and passionate about their Home/B&Bs history, themes and decor. We were celebrating a Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We felt very welcome and even had balloons and cake provided! It really is fantastic, fun and friendly place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the Twentieth Century B&B. I stayed at the David Bowie room. Everything was an original item from the 70s, including the bed, coat hanger, chair, etc. The room was lovely decorated with the theme, and the best thing was the bathroom. The bathtub was oh.so.perfect! And they even provide you with a bath bomb if you request 💗 The area was very quiet and I slept really well. The B&B was within walking distance of the beach. I was fortunate to arrive at a day when I was the only guest, so I got a tour of all the rooms, and I was really impressed with the amount of detail they've put into decorating each room. They are all lovely and make me wish to stay in each of them 🥰 The breakfast was delicious. Especially the poached egg, it was perfect and moreish; they've told me all about how they've perfected the poached egg recipe and the secret to a good poached egg ☺️

This was a lovely experience. The Dave bowie room is a sweet homage to his life and work. The hosts had some great stories to share. This B and B is a must if you want to experience something slightly different. The breakfasts were delicious.

Most hospitable. We were in the area for a family bereavement and couldn't have been treated more kindly. Comfortable room and excellent breakfasts.

Such a gorgeous place! Our room, the Baron and Lady Carson was fabulous, a lovely terrace and immaculate en suite with deco features de and furniture to die for. Kat and Spencer are so welcoming and can’t do enough to help, they also provide an exemplary breakfast (with many options) of quality locally sourced ingredients. This Art Deco gem is a true pleasure to stay at. Highly recommended.

Lovely clean room. Enjoyed having breakfast on the sunny balcony. Owners were very welcoming and were very helpful and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Took my husband away for his birthday and it was the perfect retreat. Such an incredible building and so lovingly restored. The decor everywhere is perfect and little touches like the music at breakfast (which was delicious) make such a difference. Kat was welcoming and we enjoyed learning about the building from her. Thank you for a lovely stay.
