It was terrible mistake for me to choose this place, the service is daunting. When I checked in I found I had no bath towel in the room and bathroom is dirty. I tried to contact the service stuff for the towel for hundreds of times, nobody ever bothered to answer my calls. So if you don't want to be stranded in the room or find yourself in a bad situation and nobody there to help you, avoid this place!

Fire alarm was beeping all night as it needed its battery changed. I reported this but no one got back to me. It was therefore difficult to sleep with this loudly beeping outside my room all night long every few minutes. I felt unsafe. I had to put my chest of drawers against my door. Bedroom doors has a code to get in but I accidentally used mine on the wrong room and walked in on a woman in bed. Communal areas are also shared and both genders.

Double room rather small, but overall good value.

Just off Headington road, hence well connect to airport bus. Room is a bit small and not quite laptop friendly. The room on first floor facing the street is noisy because the boiler is sitted in the cupboard in the room. Whenever someone uses the bathroom, the machine starts off and produces some noise at night. Ground floor kitchen is quite clean and pleasant.

Earlier check in allowed and check in was simple and easy. Location was suitable. Downside was limited parking space, tiny room for two guests with suitcases, not a great bed, bed not properly made up (no mattress protector, bottom sheet not a fitted sheet and slid off and no flat top sheet and poor quality pillows ) and poor water pressure in a shared shower and bathroom.
