I’m so excited to finally write this review! It took me a little longer because I lost the concierge’s card, and I’m terrible with names—I believe his name was Rashid. I hate not being sure how to spell it, but he truly saved my stay in London. I was in the city for just one night to attend a gala event for the Design et al Awards. Unfortunately, the airline lost my luggage with absolutely everything in it—my gala dress, shoes, makeup, everything! When I arrived at the hotel, I had only a couple of hours before the event. I walked in, explained what had happened (while crying like a baby), and Rashid immediately stepped in to help. He encouraged me to go up to my room, wash my face, and not give up. He even lent me a phone charger, gave me directions to the nearest stores, and reminded me not to let this ruin my opportunity to receive an award. Thanks to him, I managed to get what I needed—and we ended up winning! I would have been disqualified if it weren’t for him. On top of that, the bed was super comfy, and the location is perfect. But honestly, it’s this kind of service that makes all the difference. Rashid—you’re a hero! I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and well ordered. I would definitely stay here again.
