Windsor wine & dine

Arrived at the hotel at first impression thought this was a cafe. Had to wait 15 minutes for room as they said Wi-Fi was down and couldn't verify reservation. They asked to see my reservation so they can check what type of room we had booked. When shown to room First impressions were bad. Found coffee cup had dried coffee in the bottom. smoke alarm was out of date by 11 years, cobwebs around the room old tub of coffee under the desk, handprints on mirror in bathroom watermarks on shower door. Assuming the bedroom door to the room is a fire door this was not up to standard as there was a huge gap all around. Notice for in event of fire instructions were in a sideboard drawer and not on show. Drain plug in shower has hair blocking it. After locking the door at night it was very difficult to unlock again. This is also a safety hazard.

The environment was so dirty, no fridge, not even a charging point. Absolutely rubbish

Surprisingly spacious accommodation in what is an old building whose size is not obvious from its frontage. Old building means slanting floors, but that adds to the character. Close to both Chertsey Green, for a pleasant walk, as well as all important town amenities.

Basic but clean. Good for overnight stay.

It was good for one night I used it because it was fairly close to Heathrow airport and parking was free

Clean and tidy, friendly service will stay again

Reasonably priced but no one to to check us in , tv didn’t work , windows didn’t open on a very hot weekend , extremely noisy from live music downstairs , delay in check out as staff weren’t around

Property was closed when I arrived, nobody on-site, despite assurances there would be someone there until 11pm, front entrance closed, never been to the place before had no idea how to get in or find room, guy on the phone was reasonably helpful but a terrible experience after a long day, not what was needed

Very happy with the location, reception and room facilities

My experience was that we didn’t end up staying as the room was not suitable or anywhere close to as described on the Hotels.com platform. I spoke to the contact given who promised a refund BUT it never came. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. We ended up staying a couple of miles up the road on this occasion!

No where to check in or out . No one on the premises. Did find someone who didnt speak english. Had to wait for the owner to arrive. . Rooms dirty. decor nice but not done to nice standard. No one on site over night and no contact number given ICE. No one on site in the morning to check out and nowhere to leave key. just left in room . sash Windows in room do not stay open had to use a cup to hold it up. no fan or aircon. TV had splashes all over screen. Bathroom dirty. Glasses had dirty rim around them. Hotel seating area chairs covered in paint. No attention to detail. Has massive potential bad sadly not up to par.
