Lovely hotel with lovely staff, only one small thing, the coffee with breakfast isn’t the best. Possibly could be improved with a coffee machine offering cappuccino etc. otherwise wonderful as always

Me and my partner stayed here last weekend for 2 nights when we checked in we were greeted by Dan who is an amazing young man and should be definitely promoted to management , we were early but he checked to see if our room was ready for us, we went to the bar for lunch and he went to the kitchen to see what they didn’t have on menu to let us know, he was extremely friendly and was up for the laugh. That evening we ate in the restaurant followed by a few drinks in the bar, we were served by the manager bijay who was also very friendly and chatty, the breakfast was lovely everyday and staff were amazing , we will 1000% return here again in future.

A lovely property set in rural Bedfordshire. I arrived and checked in with ease and the staff are very friendly, polite and welcoming. Went to the bar, had food and drink and all was excellent tasting, and served in a good time.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
All in all, a very lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here before a few years ago . Were given a free upgrade into one of the rooms in the cottage which looked newly decorated although not in the bathroom which could do with a bit of TLC. Staff very pleasant.

Would have been useful to know that major refurbishment was affecting the hotel & perhaps a sign directing people to the temporary entrance….didn’t affect us unduly as we literally just needed a bed for the night.

Breakfast served from 7am, but nothing out of ready until atleast 7.30am, not good when you need at 7am to be away early
Waitress then takes order from group of 6 who were last in.

Oud landhuis, erg mooi en authentiek. Kamer was prima. Ik vind persoonlijk douchen in bad niet fijn, maar de douche was prima. De kamer was erg warm, verwarming kon niet kouder. Gelukkig zijn de ramen enkel glas en het raam open. Krijgen de vogeltjes t warm en wat frisse lucht binnen
