We got upgraded to suite & got a nice balcony to the main street. Very good shuttle service.

They have a full functioning bathroom. The service in the restaurant is decent for the most part. To be honest we actually did not like it here. One day the skipped out room with the “daily housekeeping” because “we didn’t give our key back for housekeeping to enter”. That’s laughable to imply there’s only one key. The first night the TV wasn’t working so we called to have someone fix it. Called again since no one came. Each time they said someone would come but no one ever came so we dealt with in the morning. Sheets and towels don’t smell like they’ve been washed with soap. One night the shower was clogged and the water spilled into the main room. We had to keep calling for someone to clean it. The guy seemed very reluctant since he wasn’t maintenance but he cleaned it any way leaving the bathroom floor still wet. We had to move the bed since the water had travelled under it and it was not clean under the bed. There were bird feathers and grime. The guy decided to change the sheets for us which was nice sine it had not been done at all. We ordered food and 2 teas and the guy brought the bill before the food was served which was fine. I asked for a little milk to be added but he didn’t understand and offered a caramel macchiato. I said okay bit he charged us for the extra tea saying he couldn’t remove it and we had to pay for it. Lastly, they called at at 5:45 am saying wake up and hung up. We were sleeping and it was an unnecessary disruption. Wouldnt recommend.

Really nice spot with a really nice balcony Cafe over looking the circle. Clean, nice place and good value.

ロケーションも良く、サービスもまあまあだった。空港のピックアップ、送迎がちょっとうまくいかなかったが、まあしょうがないかな。 荷物も預けておけた。 道路側の部屋はちょっと車とかの騒音があるかな。

The rooms are very big, plus the bed in our room was comfortable, which, combined with a working hot shower, was an absolute godsend after spending three days in the Danakil.

I stayed for one night before going on a tour. The room was fine, bed was comfy and room was clean. Breakfast was ok, basic but adequate

Power went off regularly. Laundry service is slow, and they return the clothes wet. Staff is very slow in resolving problems with electricity and other areas.

Internet was down for all 3 days. We needed to request to turn on hot water to have it in our room. Housekeeping limited after 13h.

Albergo che ospita, nelle aree comuni, molti visitatori locali che gustano quì una bibita o uno spuntino. Questo fà superare la asetticità tipica degli alberghi di livello medio/alto, dedicati al solo turismo. In genere ambienti confortevoli e in ottime condizioni

Tutto ok; disponibilita per esigenze particolari; vicino al centro ed alle vie di scorrimento;

付属のレストランとカフェは外国人でも安心して使える。部屋は価格の割にはたいしたことない。wifiは非常に遅いがいちおうある。空港送迎してくれる。他の現地人向けのホテルに比べると、いちおう外国人が泊って困ることはないだろう。

이호텔은 주변 공사장이 있어서 시끄러웠는데 일시적인 현상이지만 소음이 불편했음 늦게 도착해서 직접 여행사를 다니기보다는 리셉션에서 현지에이전트 회사 소개를 받았는데 바가지 요금을 제시하는 업체를 소개해서 많이 불편하고 불쾌했음 리셉션에서 다나킬투어 에이전트를 소개해 주려면 신뢰성 있는 가격을 제시하는 업체를 소개해 주기 바랍니다( 지역에 거의 비슷비슷한 요금으로 투어를 하는데 바가지요금을 제시해서 나중에 검색가격을 보여주며 가격인하를 받았지만 리셥션 직원이 원망스러움)

L'hotel è centrale, nella piazza antistante al museo Yohannes IV, da cui si gira facilmente a piedi per il centro città. Prezzi e qualità sono inferiori agli standard europei ma decisamente validi per l'area in cui si trova e, confrontato con altri hotel è consigliabile.

Spacious twin room. Comfortable beds but dirty sheets. Good bathroom and especially the shower (closed); above what you'll find in the rest of the country. The wifi didn't work in room. Acceptable breakfast. Good location. The very best of the city although the relationship quality price is rather expensive.
