Great Value, beautiful room, excellent service.

Service and staff are excellent and friendly. Food is above average. But rooms and bathrooms are disastrous. We were not able to take shower during our short stay.

This comment is for people who want to book a room at this hotel. The room costs around $160 for a night and it includes breakfast, dinner, massage, and boat rider but don't get fooled by the buddle package. The availability of massage is limited. They only have a couple of massage rooms so it gets booked very quickly. The boat ride is scam and a ripped off. We have been told the ride is 15 minites for the people who booked the room but for other people who are not staying at the resort (for those who paid entrance fee), the boat ride costs less than $10 for 30 minutes (200 Ethiopian Birr). Absolutely make no sense. My recommendation is Don't pay for the room, just pay the resort entrance fee and you will have a great time. If you break down the cost, what you pay individually for each service is much less than what you would pay for the full package. The resort Entrance fee is approximately $15, the boat ride $7, massage $10. It wasnt worth the money as you can get similar hotel for half the price Pros: Nice view of Sunset, the breakfast and dinner were great. Clean room. Great security. Cons: Some of the staff were not train properly. We waited 30 minutes to order food. Then we went to the bar and waited 45 minutes for the waiter to come to our table and take our order. What surprise me the most was the place has more staff than guests but still provide poor services. The Wifi is not that great as well.

The room was not clean and in terrible conditions. Spiderwebs and wasp nest in the bathroom. The front windows do not lock, front door was not secure. Swimming pool was dirty.

Everything else was amazing except the food I didn’t enjoy the food as much It was not tasty
