We absolutely loved our stay at Doubletree. The staff are super friendly, Fijian style. If you’re looking for a place where you’re able to disconnect from everything around you and all the noise without breaking the bank or travelling far this is a place to go. It’s perfect for children. A great place to unwind destress and relax.

Hotel is okay, they have a lot of things to improve. There’s so much potential. We had the one king bed, ocean view bure and was beautiful. The only annoying thing was the AC is not cold and the tables had very bad stains but room was very clean. There’s no fun activities included in the hotel, if you want to do something you have to pay or book a tour. They had an entertainment show on Saturday night and there’s no promo or they don’t tell you at check in so we missed it. The sharing areas are covered in bird poop, extreme!!! There’s only one small pool, not properly cleaned but has a nice view. The beach water there is brown… and you can not swim is just the view. You must book tours and taxis outside of hotel, they are cheaper. Calculating is better to stay at Denarau area because of the expensive taxis we took everyday. There’s no wifi in room, you must pay and is horrible, is better to go to the front counter and there’s free wifi and works better. All the employees were very nice and polite to us, some of them very talkative and wanting to help. Overall will not stay here again, too expensive for what it is.

We checked in at around 6pm after traveling all day. At check-in, I was told by the lady working the front desk that reservations are normally required for the main restaurant but, not for the first day late arrivals like us. However, when we showed at the restaurant around 7pm for dinner… we were told that without a reservation we would have to wait until 8pm to be seated… even though less than 50% of the tables had guests at them. Later in the week we showed up 10-15mins early for a dinner reservation and were told we had to wait until our reservation time to be seated… even though the restaurant was again less than 50% full. The breakfast/dinner buffet was sub-par and the food was generally cold. The room (and the view from the room) was very nice but, a microwave would be very much appreciated. Guest dishes from room service were left in the (outdoor) hall for hours, which attracted cats to the dirty dishes. All-in-all… not the resort experience I had hoped for.

Everything was amazing, cant say anything bad, only no cutlery in room. No shoes as tiles were cold just cant were my canvas in the room. Other resorts property have those things. Lovely staff, a guy name jim as beverages beyond above customer service. Love the surprise cake for my wife brithday Overrall 10 of 10.

Excellent stay, would highly recommend. The staff were all incredibly lovely! In particular the hotel manager was so kind and generous, Eka so sweet doing the tie dye tshirts, and the lovely lady I think Mari was her name - the waitress at Tavu grill. They all made our stay wonderful, as well as the everyone else working there. Honestly, it couldn’t have been any nicer. Will be back

I went with my three friends and it was the best holidays we spent. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, they made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Staff and breakfast was really good.

It’s unique due to it being secluded, but you are limited on food options, your only water is the pool if you can find chairs. Be prepared to basically do nothing and that includes no TV.

The main lobby, bars, and pool areas were excellent. Our room could have been a bit cleaner and the air conditioning unit was dripping condensation onto the floor and it may be harboring mosquitos because I got several bites while in the room and not anywhere else on the property. Killed some of the mosquitos in the room.

First room there was a roach bigger than a quarter in the bathroom as soon as we arrived. They moved us into another room, at 5am we were getting up to watch the sunrise and a rat, not a mouse, a rat ran up the wall to the cubby above the entrance door of the room. It took the people longer than 30 minutes to come, the entire time waiting I was contacting corporate to let them know me. All they did was send a man and all he did was show us the hole the rat came in. Staff had openly admitted they have rats when we asked them if they knew.

Great hotel, tucked away from the busy areas in Nadi. We loved our stay here. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to offer excellent service.

This property has so much potential. Beautiful gardens and wonderful staff. The resort is very run-down and needs renovation. Owners need to put their hands in their pockets and fix the place.

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff who cannot do enough but not enough staff to cope with amount of people at dinner. No entertainment after 9 pm and that includes the bar. Lady at egg station at breakfast needs another member of staff to help her and we fedback this suggestion.
