Yes just great 😃😃😃

The story of our stay at Nila resort it started out great. The driver met usin the airport with a sign with their name on it. It was very reassuring. We felt comfortable with that. However, when the car came around, it was a very old beat up car with no air-conditioning Not overly surprising. The driver was a very funny guy had a great sense of humor. We enjoyed having a conversation with him. The hotel itself was probably a four star hotel at one time, but it looked really rundown. Going into our room it was large and spacious. However, the screen door handle is broken. There was a hole in the floor. The towel rack in the bathroom hung on once screw, and the light in the bedroom was broken. I informed the management of all this and took pictures just to cover myself. That really wasn’t the bad part. The bad part came when we had to leave due to emergency at home and my wife left two of her wedding rings in the safe we called as soon as we realized it, which was a couple hours later and they said they checked and there was nothing there. I know they were there. I saw them. My wife keeps her jewelry in a little red bag always these two she put in at the last minute just before we went to dinner the night beforeand they should’ve been there. I called again and they said you can come out and look for yourself knowing that they were already gone I felt no need to do that. If there is more space I would go into details about the staff would not recommend.

Clean room, friendly staff, great restaurant.

Our room was large, clean and cool. The jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall was a bonus! We have dined here before because the Indian cuisine is so great here. We had a new dish every night! The other highlight is the sunset view. It highly recommend!

The Staff were wonderful. We felt very welcome. The food was magnificent. I had a different dinner every night for 14 days. We were given great advice about destinations for shopping and site seeing.

Couldn't see ocean from room. Yes breakfast was good

everything dirty , pillows mirrors floors old towels no sop in bath room spa. don`t work , TV. don`t got connection no hair dryer !!! is a shame We did complain no one care and nothing was fix . no maintenance at all .

Amazing friendly staff and location

Clean rooms, limited dining, food quality, no wifi, ,

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and we did want to give a detailed review on our stay. Starting with the good: A/C was amazing for the humid hot weather Shower had amazing pressure Bathroom was spacious The room itself had a lot of space Bed was super comfortable Daily room clean was helpful We were able to connect our Netflix to the TV and it worked a treat when we were home from a long day out. The food from the restaurant that we ordered was good. The not so good: The bedsheets, pillows and blanket provided were stained, badly. Also noticed that when the cleaners come to clean, they don’t change the bedding. When we first got there we were given the wrong room but they when they realised they sent us to the right room. The lawn needs to be mowed regularly. The breakfast is a bit sad. The resort is really quiet, like a ghost town. The workers there don’t really converse. There’s a door that connects to the other room next to ours so we could hear the guests in the other room which wasn’t really convenient. There’s rarely much to do there so it’s good to have a rental to go to places. There is a lot of potential at this place, just needs more life and more work. Other resorts close by are far more better in regards to friendly staff, great atmosphere and more activities to do there. We were hardly at the room, only to rest, shower etc before heading out again but if we were to stay there full 4 nights we would get bored very easily.

House keeping worse! Room wasn’t clean properly when we checked in. Therefore requested to change room but later noticed that new room bedsheet wasn’t cleaned.Grass not cut therefore encountered mosquitoes!! Will never go myself again and will recommend visitors to check room properly before unloading. We didn’t had same good experience as was in 2017!

No internet connection in rooms at all.

Maintenance of the rooms and cleanliness of the common areas would have me returning. Unfortunately, possibly because of our timing service was inexperienced and they could do with more training.

Seems that the linens were hardly cleaned. It was smelly. The rooms weee not sorted before guests arrives. Connecting door was jammed we had to help open. Overall very pathetic but friendly staff.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean.

Very poor service, room was dirty, PowerPoints didn't work, doors didn't lock, left the extra bed outside of the room. Bed sheets had a stain, food looked disgusting. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't have wifi in the rooms which is crazy.

Good location Terrible owner / service They only want your money not your presence. I wouldn’t recommend staying here - we slept here & the food was shocking. I told the supervisor and she ignored how we felt about the food. Breakfast was terrible I have never been served such shocking food, no care, no love, the last day we didn’t even have a buffet breakfast. I couldn’t believe it. We ended up eating at First Landing the full 7 days of staying, and thank god we did, the service the food is what made out Fiji experience. The boss needs to invest in the people of this land, they will bring the heart of your stay.
