Great stay! Wonderful staff.

The service from the reception staff was outstanding. We booked outside transport that was less than spectacular when we arrived and we were soaking wet, but the hotel welcome staff immediately brought us towels and a foot bath to make us comfortable, and assist us for in easy check in. The front desk staff was so very gracious and helpful with adjustments we had to make for returning by ferry when leaving. We did not dine in the restaurants so I cannot comment on that service, but we enjoyed the room service. The room itself was very clean and bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, the island is lovely.

Had food poisoning

I would give this resort 10 stars if I could! The resort is gorgeous. I loved the staff, everything was clean, the food was delicious, the drinks (coffee and cocktails) were excellent, and the pool was cool and relaxing. The best part of this property is the reef for snorkeling and the spa. The spa was so nice we went twice for body wraps, massage, and facials. I love, love, love this resort!

The property and amenities were beautiful, the views were incredible and the staff were outstanding (especially Lai). No cons or suggestions for improvements. The food was excellent with enough variety for the whole week we were here, and highly recommend getting the all inclusive food plan. It was relaxing but also had many activities for us to participate in or not 😊. It was a smaller resort with lots of personal touches. On top of everything, we were happy to receive a litre of water each day in our room.

We spent two nights at the Sheraton Tokoriki. The staff, service, grounds were amazing. I only wish I had more time there.

The property has everything you need for a relaxing island holiday. It could do with a little repair (tiles coming off in the pool etc), but generally it’s in excellent condition. What make it special are the staff - they are incredible. They take you in as family from the moment you arrive, and are attentive, friendly and so kind. Would highly recommend staying here.

Loved our stay here

Very nice experience and great place! I actually was able to propose to my girlfriend on this trip there and manager Sukhil was a great part of it with his restaurant manager Irry. They were able to execute an amazing surprise beach proposal with a wonderful sunset and a great dinner on the beach that followed. We had surf and turf dinner and it was a great multiple course dinner with Steak and Lobster being done to perfection! Thank you to the great chef for it! Had a problem with something personal and needed delivered from the land and Sukhil made it happen in cooperation with another manager that was in Nadi and did it as fast as possible. Over the whole stay, staff was great in making anything needed possible and showing great customer service. We stayed in a room 403 which doesn’t have a beach view but we liked it even more. Room was beautiful and cleaning ladies were very fast and super nice every day when they cleaned. Food is available all the time and if you don’t eat too much, breakfast and dinner is enough as you can always just get extra food and charge to your room. We had a wonderful welcome and goodbye which is standard thing and really makes your experience that much better. Makes you happy as soon as you arrive and makes you said when you have to leave. I also can’t finish this review without mentioning Niumaia which was our great server and of course smaller older lady I believe Leila- super positive energy makes you so happy! Book you won’t regret it

Tokoriki island is beautiful tiny place with amazing private beach(perfect snorkeling), sunset and sunrise point. Sheraton resort staff were all very kind and friendly, especially those at the front desk(super helpful). The lady at the activity desk was amazing. There was a very limited options for food since the island is a bit remote to the mainland, but we brought a luggage full of food just in case, so we were fine. Make sure you bring a effective mosquito repellent!

The staff here is amazing. So kind and easy to work with. They truly want you to have the best experience.

Gorgeous place in a beautiful island - staff absolutely lovely

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Hospitality is great. Food is of less varity. Room service needs improval.

South sea paradise island. Beautiful resort with modern amenities. Wonderful staff. Beautiful coral reefs nearby. Room is spacious and comfy. Our room is oceanfront with view of the Castaway island where Tom Hanks’s movie was filmed. We were sad to leave.

We had a fun and relaxing 5 days even with a bit of rain. A magical place and the staff were fantastic. We had a 7 year old boy and they were so good with him.

Great place for relaxing and the kids to play in the pool. Rooms are clean. Service can be a bit slow but that’s Fiji time. Transport to the island is limited and expensive based on incoming flight times. JetSki great, snorkel day trip great and spa is great.

We had an ocean view room with a plunge pool which was great. We spent most of the time there, right on the beach, with a beautiful view. Kayaking and snorkeling was awesome for exploring the reef around the island. Facilities around the resort could do with a little upgrade, same for food choices, but overall, we had a great time there.

My wife got injured trying to get back to a snorkeling boat as the ladder was useless (way too short and nothing to hold it away from boat side!), I know as an a master diver and know what safe ladders look like. Several people had to be helped on an other boat. Please change suppliers if these people don’t care. Not even close to a five star service, no way and never again
