TL;DR: Fantastic family-friendly resort with great service. The resort was a fantastic experience, especially for our family with pre-teen children. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was cheerful, friendly, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Check-in was smooth. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids were thrilled with the bunk beds in a separate room — a thoughtful touch for families! The atmosphere around the pool was lively and fun. The poolside events were a huge hit with both the kids and adults — lots of energy and entertainment throughout the day. Although we didn't utilize the kids club, a family we met spoke highly about the service. One of the highlights was dining at Madame So — the food there is absolutely a must-try. The quality and flavors exceeded our expectations. Another big plus is the resort's central location, which made it very convenient for all the island-hopping trips and day excursions.

Food and beverage options are absolutely fantastic. Had some amazing seafood and the breakfast buffet is first class. Facilities are modern and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. We did not want to leave.

Our stay at the hotel for 2 nights was amazing because it came with free breakfast. We enjoyed the kids club for the kids and the pool was the highlight for my kids . Thank you for the baby bed and the room that came with kids double beds that was awesome so thank you Sofitel stuff and team for catering to our needs.
