Lovely rooms great location

A really nice stay, the room was really nice and clean, the two twin beds very, very comfortable and big. The breakfast was tasty.

It was a lovely hotel in a pretty good location within walking distance of most of what we wanted to see. The breakfasts were very well done. Hotel staff was very friendly. We will be staying there next year for sure.

Very quiet and convenient hotel located in center city. Easy access to all shopping and touristic facilities. The lady at the front desk gave us a very good advice for our only dinner in Helsinki as we wanted a very local and casual place: restaurant Slava, at walking distance.

Bra beliggenhet i flott og sentralt område i Helsinki. Fint hotell med gode fasiliteter og bra frokost. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Anbefales!

Friendly, clean. Greatness breakfast. Central location.

Trevligt hotell, perfekt läge. Dock trist att de inte svarar på mail om eventuell kvarglömd kavaj. Att på det sättet bli ghostad efter tre nätter som gäst känns inte bra. Hotellet borde ha kunnat svara, även om kavajen inte återfunnits.

El hotel está fantástico, pero hubo varios fallos o detalles importantes, que hizo que no fuera placentera al 100%. El aire acondicionado no funciona. Seis noches pasamos con 2 ventiladores. Vale que había una anormal y prolongada ola de calor, pero si anuncian que tienen aire acondicionado... Nos tocaba dormir con la ventana y puerta al pasillo entreabierta... Durante toda estancia estuvimos sin gel de ducha desde el primer dia. A pesar de dejar notas para que lo repusieran... No lo hicieron... Desayuno bueno y bien atendido. Todo el personal del hotel excelente. Buena localización. Puedes ir a pie a todos lados. Ducha y toallas excelentes. Tuvimos incluido el minibar al escoger una twin superior. En resumen es altamente recomendable, a pesar de no poder dormir bien por el calor.

The room was excellent, plenty of room and plenty of drawers for clothes which is often not the case. The breakfast was excellent, a call out to the young Indian guy who was extremely helpful and courteous. The complimentary mini bar was first class and was replenished every day, I have been to other hotels where I have had to ask them to do this
