Very centrally located Hotel belonging to a reputed global hotel chain. Room was good but lacked some proper cleaning. Carpet was dusty. There was dust in bathroom too. Breakfast was good and staff very polite. Very close to central station and other market places

I have nothing bad to say. The location is excellent bordering a park near the botanical gardens. Everything is a short walk and the main paths are close to everything.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient location

Great location near a peaceful park. Less than a 10 min walk from the train station. Near a main plaza with restaurants and bars. About a 10 min walk from Senate Square. Very modern hotel. Super friendly and accommodating staff.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location.

Very satisfied with our stay. We got a room with a great view to the park. Perfekt location. Breakfast was good. The warm food section could however have been better.

Short visit in Helsinki wednesday-thursday, helpful and nice staff. Clean room, fresh and tasty breakfast. One minus is that my room faced a playground so it was quite noicy for an early night. Could leave my bag in the luggage room after checking out. In the same block were a tasty italian restaurant and a Fazer café.

This hotel is quite nice. If it had properly functioning air conditioning, I'd give it five stars. It seemed to work, but wouldn't go past 20C and the room was always too hot. The decor is a little cheesy and cheap looking, but it stands out and makes the hotel interesting. The staff is lovely. The room has a nice coffeemaker and some tea, the bathroom has a toiletry kit, showed cap and a hairdryer. Sadly, no matter how hard I tried to avoid it, the floor outside the shower would flood, so the shower door design needs some rethinking or proper sealing. The breakfast was the best part. The location being close to the train station and main attractions, while hidden away and adjescent to a park was a very nice plus!

Gut erreichbar, schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal

We had the superior king room and it was truly lovely. Stunning garden views and a really comfortable bed! We did have a minor electrical issue in the room (a faulty kettle shorting some outlets), but the staff were very proactive in getting it fixed. The staff really are very lovely and helpful which made the stay so enjoyable. One downside were the mains we got in the restaurant. The starter was lovely but the salmon and schnitzel was really average. Perfect parkside location a short walk to town.

Nice location. Easy to walk everywhere. Had a spacious corner room on the 6th floor with great views over the park. We chose to eat breakfast out of the hotel.

Newly refurbished property in a great location. Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. The bar needs to be a bit better stocked. Add an option or two for single-malt whisky.
