Lucas on reception was excellent, so helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a comfortable large bed and great shower. Air conditioning worked well too. Coffee machine and kettle in room. Very handy for an overnight stay near the Airport.

The hotel was small, clean and the staff was very welcoming and warm. We arrived during a time of intense heat an hour before check-in and they accommodated us with a room right away where we can rest. It’s a perfect hotel for early morning, flights out of Charles de Gaule airport. They also offer a shuttle service to the airport for 6€ per person. I would highly recommend it.

Avoid this hotel. The A/C doesn’t work, the beds were uncomfortable, our shower was broken (the spot for the shower head was snapped and they tucked in the shower head but didn’t fix it), we were given two bath mats as towels for 3 people, the fridge was gone and the space was just left open with cords in it. We had two rooms, used the shower in the other room (where there were also bath mats as towels) and the temp control didn’t work so you would get shot with extra hot water on intervals. I asked the front desk for actual towels but none ever showed up. When I told him our shower was broken he said nothing. The worst Best Western we have ever stayed in.

air conditioned, had safe and fridge. Walk in shower. Good sized room. Food at the hotel wasn’t great but adequate. I took the bus to get close to the hotel, then walked. It was 30 euros by cab. To get back to the airport, the hotel shuttle charged 6 euros.

Good location for spending a last night before flying home from Europe. Several restaurants within walking distance through a nice park. It didn't feel like you were staying on the airport grounds. I only wish they had more frequent shuttles as we had to use Uber since the shuttles only ran during certain periods. The hotel was in the process of an upgrade and the new decor looked great. The bed was fantastic and the room was very quiet for being near the airport. Our only problem was that the air-conditioning was pathetic. It was much cooler and less humid in the hallways, so maybe it was just our room. Staff looked at it and said it would get better. The improvement was marginal.

Two things I want the hotel to improve 1. When I contacted the hotel for a pickup shuttle bus, the staff did not say I needed to book through an app or pay. When I arrived at the pick-up spot, the driver told me that my name was not on the reservation. But he was very kind to let me take the shuttle and pay at the hotel. Clear instructions must be provided to the customer, especially since the contact was via message! 2. I received a phone call from the front desk at 11:30 pm when I was asleep, because I had to catch a very early flight in the morning. The staff asked whether I had seen a bag that did not belong to me. It was a very strange question, and he said that the previous customer had lost a bag. I clarified that the cleaning staff did not see anything in my room before I checked in. I felt very uneasy, and this phone call disrupted my sleep. This was really poor handling by the front desk staff in this matter, and a bad experience for me! The staff should not call a customer late at night with this weird reason.

The hotel was under some renovation during our stay. The upgrades are nice and didn’t take away from our stay at all. Our room was clean and fresh with nice coffee, hot pot and tea. Behind the hotel is a lovely park which take you to the town of Roissy where there are great dining options if you prefer not to dine at the hotel or other nearby hotels. The price was a great value for our needs and I would book here again.
