Una opción si queres disfrutar la ciudad y estar cómodo. Todo los servicios muy bien ubicado llegando en tren.

Notre chambre venait d’être rénovée. Selon le plan c’est la plus grande de l’étage avec vue sur un jardin intérieur . Moderne , confortable avec une belle vue

Personnel adorable, chambre côté jardin hyper agréable. Quartier fabuleux

Seulement l’emplacement de l’hôtel ,la carte et la serrure magnétique de la porte ressemble à un Best Western. La vétusté de la chambre ( ancienne chambre de bonne ,moquette tachée ….),l’ascenseur d’une autre époque dont a chaque trajet on garde l’espoir que ce ne serait pas le dernier.

Personnel au top, mais la qualité de la chambre n est pas au rdv. La chambre est médiocre : une chaise déchirée avec assise défoncée, tête de lit noirâtre de saleté (graisseuse), literie médiocre, bureau qui tient a moitié debout, , salle de bain vétuste, sizal au sol pas très clean...poubelle pas vidée

Quaint yet modern. Central yet quiet. Love this place. The staff was very helpful too.

Personnel irréprochable à l’accueil de nuit, également présent le matin, très sympa et très pro. Je pensais que Bestwestern était un gage de qualité, ce n’est clairement pas le cas ici. Moquette dans les parties communes sale et même déchirée par endroit. Chambre totalement défraîchie et vétuste, ridiculement petite (la 15), mal insonorisée. Alèse de lit en plastique très désagréable. Je n’ai jamais vu une telle salle de bain dans un hôtel. Limite scandaleux.

We really liked the Best Western Hotel Le Guilhem. Sophie at the front desk is AMAZING! She was so helpful and speaks English really well. She helped us with navigating an issue that we could not figure out ourselves since we don’t understand or speak French. We were so grateful for her kindness! As for the hotel itself, it is an older hotel and looks a little tired but we liked the old quirkiness of it. We stayed in what they called the “chamber room”. It was in the basement and looked like an old cellar. It had a garden terrace that was only accessible from this one room. The terrace garden was overgrown but it was charming. We thought it was a fun room to stay in. We will need to go back to Montpillier next spring and we will probably book the same room again.

Very nice hotel, centrally located. A bit worried about travel back to the airport, but the nearby tramline and then 620 bus workes smothly. Friendly staff. Very happy with the room ,nice outdors breakfast area.

Lovely staff, Lovely room, didn’t mind the decoration or slightly worn carpet. Well positioned and had a nice terrace to have breakfast on.

The staff was outstanding! All staff memebers were very friendly and kind. The only two things I didn't like about the hotel was (1) There were no slippers of even a complimentary bottle of still water in the room, and (2) the carpet in the hallway and stairway looked like it hadn't been shampoo-cleaned in years. Other than that, my visit was nice thanks to the friendly staff.

Je commence par le positif : une super équipe aimable, souriante et au service du client; une superbe localisation dans l’écusson avec tout Montpellier a pied; l’hôtel est au calme. Ceci dit, pour moi l’essentiel d’un hôtel c’est le confort de la chambre, du lit, de la salle de bain et la propreté. Le lit est dur comme de la pierre, le mobilier défraîchi, la douche rendue inutilisable par le calcaire et la propreté de l’ensemble laisse à désirer… et l’ensemble de l’hôtel mériterait d’être remis à niveau.

Asked to be moved from the next door annex,pungent smell,old .main hotel Ok,staff helpful and correct. Would I stay again yes!

This was a bit disappointing. Hotel is in a great location but is really tired and badly needs a complete renovation. Everything is run down and not great, even for a cheap hotel

The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the city, and is very convenient to walk around. The staff was also very nice and attentive, especially the lady who checked us in. Having said that, the hotel has clearly seen better days. It is a bit worn out, the carpets are very old and not in good shape, which is a problem if you are allergic. Overall, the hotel was clean, and the cleaning lady was very very nice, but those carpets need a replacement. What I liked: - It's location. It's very walkable. - The view from the room was very nice. - It had a parking nearby, and they give you a very good discount in it. - The staff. What I disliked: - The general state of the hotel: the carpets are terrible and the bed a bit torn out (although I should point out it was clean). - The room was as clean as it could be for the conditions it was on. I say this because I do not wish for the cleaning staff to be blamed for my review, as it was clearly beyond their capacity to fix things. - Breakfast was terrible. Honestly, they shouldn't even offer it, and it was not worth the €12 it costs. On our second day we decided to skip it altogether and go somewhere else (in all fairness the hotel staff didn't charge us for that day, they were super nice about it) Bottom line: If you want a convenient place, this is a good hotel. But if you are a bit allergic, stay away until they change the carpets.
