L'hôtel est très bien situé entre le Negresco et le Palais de la Méditerranée à environ 200m de la promenade des Anglais. Nous avions pris la chambre Deluxe de 21m2 au 3ème étage qui était trés confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires : cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, frigo, climatisation, Tv...Salle de bain avec douche et wc (un peu petite). Point négatif ; l'insonnorisation de l'hôtel malgré les fenêtres à double vitrage c'est un peu bruyant. A noter que nous avons eu un accueil exceptionnel et un Grand Merci à toute l'équipe !

Chambre propre, personnel agréable, super petit déjeuner. Le gros problème reste l'isolation avec l'extérieur (on entend les gens dans la rue) et dans les autres chambres. Heureusement que nous avons eu une autre chambre la 2ème nuit.

The front garden through which you enter the hotel is lovely and peaceful. Our room was spacious and felt newly renovated, to the point that it seemed it had not been fully furnished yet, for example with a sofa. Still, it was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. In particular, the croissants were warm and appeared to be freshly baked. Of special note, people at the front desk were very helpful when we needed to find a walk-in clinic. Their information allowed us to get the assistance we needed in a timely way. Merci!

残念でしたのは、客室です。 部屋全体がカビ臭く、床はきしみ、上階の足音、騒音が駄々漏れでした。ドアノブに掛ける清掃依頼と、起こさないで下さい、の札があったのは初日だけで、あとの3泊は札が持ち去られていて、 入室して欲しく無い時にスタッフの方がいらしたり、快適な空間ではありませゎではさた。

The breakfast was plentiful and varied. In particular, the croissants were warm and appeared to be freshly baked. Right on the edge of the shopping and attractions and easy access just a few blocks from the beach. The staff service was friendly and accommodating from the desk to the cleaning staff. The outdoor area is comfortable and clean as well. The room and bathroom were comfy and spacious. I would recommend this place again and probably stay here unless I wanted to glitz it up at the casino or somewhere else.

I loved the fact this hotel was close to shops, beach and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was great! The only issue I had was the private beach access. Ruhl Plage only takes care of their 5 star hotels before Best Western even if you have a voucher. You aren’t guaranteed a spot. We were lucky as we stood in their line that started at 8:30am and spoke with the owners. But we had to speak to them everyday! It helped to have lunch reservations at Ruhl Plage. But note not everyone gets in.

Ok hotel. It’s spacious rooms and nice location. However the cleaning could be better, specially in the bathroom. Breakfast was good considered the price and you could sit outside in the garden to eat.

The location was perfect, 3 blocks from the beach. Many restaurants and cafés nearby. 10 min walk to shopping street. Very friendly and service minded staff. Great AC. Reception, room and bathroom were beautifully decorated. Breakfast great.

Disappointing Stay! Our stay at Best Western Plus Hôtel Brice Garden in Nice was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had and we travel often. We booked an Exclusive Room but there was absolutely nothing exclusive about it. The photos online are misleading.The room itself was in terrible condition. It was dirty upon arrival, and to our shock, the bed sheets had visible blood stains. Despite multiple requests to the front desk over our 4-night stay, the sheets were only replaced the night before we checked out. The mattress was so worn that the springs pushed into our bodies, and the linens felt rough and low quality.The room smelled strongly of urine and sewage, particularly at night, which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom was moldy and visibly unclean; we were all uneasy about using the shower. The towels provided were far from hotel standard, greyed, threadbare, and simply unhygienic. The air conditioning broke during a 35°C heatwave, and we were told no one was available to fix it. Thankfully, my husband was able to get it working! The Wi-Fi was nonexistent in the room and for basic tasks like checking emails we had to go down to the lobby. We were told our room was “the best,” which is very concerning. We relied on the 10/10 reviews when booking, but based on our experience, I question their legitimacy. This is not a 4-star hotel—it feels more like a run-down motel. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I hope this helps others avoid the same mistake!

Loved staying at this hotel. Arrived very late 2am as our plane was delayed twice. Contacted the hotel to advise and they had no problem with us arriving late. We had 5 nights The air con was brilliant as it was very hot in Nice. Every day we were given 2 bottles of water, very appreciated. The location was walkable to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The BW Brice Hotel is located close to beach, restaurants, train station. The rooms are comfortable, and good air conditioning. The breakfast was also delicious. It is a great hotel, and I would recommend staying here.

L'hôtel est très bien situé entre le Negresco et le Palais de la Méditerranée à environ 200m de la promenade des Anglais. Nous avions pris la chambre Deluxe de 21m2 au 3ème étage qui était trés confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires : cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, frigo, climatisation, Tv...Salle de bain avec douche et wc (un peu petite). Point négatif ; l'insonnorisation de l'hôtel malgré les fenêtres à double vitrage c'est un peu bruyant. A noter que nous avons eu un accueil exceptionnel et un Grand Merci à toute l'équipe !

残念でしたのは、客室です。 部屋全体がカビ臭く、床はきしみ、上階の足音、騒音が駄々漏れでした。ドアノブに掛ける清掃依頼と、起こさないで下さい、の札があったのは初日だけで、あとの3泊は札が持ち去られていて、 入室して欲しく無い時にスタッフの方がいらしたり、快適な空間ではありませゎではさた。

Chambre propre, personnel agréable, super petit déjeuner. Le gros problème reste l'isolation avec l'extérieur (on entend les gens dans la rue) et dans les autres chambres. Heureusement que nous avons eu une autre chambre la 2ème nuit.

The front garden through which you enter the hotel is lovely and peaceful. Our room was spacious and felt newly renovated, to the point that it seemed it had not been fully furnished yet, for example with a sofa. Still, it was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. In particular, the croissants were warm and appeared to be freshly baked. Of special note, people at the front desk were very helpful when we needed to find a walk-in clinic. Their information allowed us to get the assistance we needed in a timely way. Merci!
