We stayed three nights at the Best Western hotel. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The rooms were very clean & quiet. The breakfast is very good for the price. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel, rooms are bigger than you think (not large by North American standards however). Very clean, decent location (A LOT of food/bar choices within one block).

Went to check into the Best Western but was informed something was wrong with my room and could not stay there. They sent me to the Hôtel des Arenes down the road. The hotel was a huge step down from the Best Western. The room smelled overly floral like they were trying to hide a smell. The room had two electrical outlets, one in the bathroom and one comically high above the desk. The bed was hard and the bathroom was dingy.

Underwhelming but still a place to lay your head at night after a long day exploring. The check in was slow and the person that checked us in had zero personality and it was not a welcoming experience you would expect to receive at a hotel. The other 3 workers we met over the next few days all were welcoming and friendly.

The hotel was fine. It was clean, which is important. Location was good. Fairly central and quick access to the Metro. You could hear traffic but never really disturbed us. Found the room dark. Not enough light options. Full length mirror was squeezed in a corner where there was no light.

I thought they have a small refrigerator to put some food but disappointed or it’s just normal in France. Aircon are not so efficient but other than that it’s not a bad hotel

O hotel por fora é bonito, mas já ficamos em acomodações com custo benefício infinitamente melhor. Hotel com limpeza precária, arrumadeiras passam e só arrumam a cama. Na recepção tem um senhor francês extremamente irônico e pouco receptivo. A localização do hotel não é ruim, mas não há uma boulangerie boa nas proximidades. No entanto, pelo preço pago, a limpeza é realmente bem ruim. Ps: quando chegamos, além de sermos tratados com ironia pelo recepcionista, ele nos concedeu um quarto muito sujo. Trocou nossas chaves, sem nenhum tipo de retratação. Enfim, em resumo: NÃO VALE A PENA

Great stay overall. The hotel is in a quiet location, which made it very relaxing, while still being conveniently close to Notre Dame and other nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again.
