Chateau De Massillan

Les deux restaurants imposent deux menus, le choix est très réduit et le prix est trop élevé par rapport aux choix et à la qualité. Le service est correcte sans plus.On s'attend à mieux dans un château 4 étoiles.

This is a lovely place when you can find it. It is not well signed. We had a nice room but not easy to access as in an annex over the roof !! They could not give us dinner as short of staff and a big party. We had a delightful and excellent dinner about 3 Km away.

We had such a romantic and charming visit to the chateau. The staff went out its way to accommodate our every need including selecting a beautiful bouquet of flowers that greeted my girlfriend. The spa was spectacular as was the restaurant and surrounding grounds/gardens. We enjoyed strolling the property, sipping on wine and interacting with the gardeners. Overall, this was a dream vacation and look forward to visiting again!

This is a lovely setting. Our apt. Was beautiful and extremely clean. We enjoyed the pool and our dinner wasexcellent. I would certainly return and give it a thumbs up!

Voor de tweede keer in dit fantastische kasteel mogen overnachten. We lagen in de torenkamer (prestige). Mooie ruime kamer met badkamer in de toren. Heerlijk zwembad, lekker uit de wind met fijne bedden. Het restaurant in het hotel is aan te bevelen maar ontdek ook vooral andere restaurants in en rond het dorp. Ontbijt is echt te duur voor het gebodene, ondanks de versheid van de biologische etenswaren.

tres beau spa tout neuf et services tres bien. Séjour agréable et cuisine au gout du jour. Vitesse du WIFI un peu faiblard et quelques finitions a revoir.

Très bel hotel,la rénovation est très réussie, le personnel est très accueillant, un endroit à découvrir, le parc est magnifique.Seul le wifi est à revoir car très lent,autrement tout était parfait, un vrai week end de détente

A wonderful gem of a hotel. The photos do not do it justice. It has lovely gardens to wander in, and a pretty courtyard to sit it. It has a great location, a bit out of the way in the Provence countryside north of Orange. It’s within easy driving distance of Avignon, Arles, the Pont du Gard, and l’Îsle sur la Sorgue—a calm, beautiful home base to come home to when exploring the Provence countryside. We booked a regular room but were given a junior suite. The room was large, airy, and well designed with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice, though you need to call ahead to book lunch or dinner. The only aspect we did not enjoy was the breakfast which was mediocre, bordering on bad. Otherwise, though, it was an altogether lovely experience.

Ein sehr schönes Schlosshotel mit modernen Zimmern strategisch sehr gut gelegen. Das Team ist sehr nett und die Küche ausgezeichnet.

Beautiful hotel set in a lovely rural area. We had an amazing room with the biggest bathroom ever. However the evenings lacked atmosphere,perhaps a bar area would have been nice.

Chateau et jardins magnifiques. Nous avons occupé une chambre dans une annexe du chateau avec une terrasse privative. Belle chambre avec douche et baignoire et une belle vue sur le parc, au calme. Un bemol : la television trop petite pour une chambre de cette gamme. La piscine est bien placée dans la cour fermée du chateau mais le dallage et le liner ne semblent pas de première jeunesse : dommage ! Ma plus grande deception est le petit dejeuner absolument pas au niveau d'un etablissement 3 étoiles et pour 19 euros, ni le service, ni la diversité des choix n'est au rdv. L'accueil est courtois mais sans plus.

A very relaxed overnight stop. This is a beautiful Chateau & lovely restaurant. We had stayed here before & our only regret is that our schedule only allowed us to stay one night. The food is excellent, very nicely served in the courtyard at this time of year.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits à l'hôtel et avons mangé un soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. Mon impression générale est bonne, l'hôtel est beau, l'effet château et grand jardin est bien là. La chambre était suffisamment grande avec une grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Le point faible de notre séjour a été le service dans cet hôtel, je n'en ai pas trouvé... Nous ne sommes pas très exigent en général mais là nous l'avons quand même remarqué. Niveau chambre, vous n'avez pas la possibilité de faire appel à un room service ou alors ce n'est pas indiqué puisque aucune carte en chambre. Niveau petit déjeuné, il n'y a personnes pour checker votre numéro de chambre donc nous aurions pu le prendre sans l'avoir payé, de plus personnes ne vient à table pour vous proposer un expresso, un cappuccino ou même un chocolat vous êtes livré à vous même... Le point moyen est le wifi qui n'est pas très puissant et present, visiblement les responsables sont informé de sa et beaucoup de clients s'en sont plaint. Je ne parlerais pas du service au restaurant car cet avis est sur l'hôtel.
