Room was great, staff was friendly

The location at the hearth of St Germain des Pres is exceptional! Hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, plus art galleries and food stores. However, the rooms mostly facing internal courtyards are exceptionally quiet.

Rooms are a little small but age for an older hotel. Location is great. Staff very friendly.

It was a little pricey for the accommodations. It was a great area to stay as it was convenient to many attractions.

Hôtel was installing floors during the day. Very loud noise. Hotel room was on the street side and noisy until 3 am in the morning. The bathroom was renovated however so small two people could not fit. Had to sit on the toilet sideways due to space. The shower was not correctly done as water would not run off down the drain but would run out into bathroom. Totally weird. Breakfast was fine. We had 3 rooms and my sister’s room had no A/C for entire stay. Front Desk did put in a fan?? Did nothing to make up for this major problem. No price discount or anything. Poor problem resolution. Management needs training. Hôtel had many Americans. I heard at breakfast many unhappy remarks. Location in St Germain was perfect. Not sure we would book this hotel again.

We liked the position of the hotel in the quarter. We liked the convenience of multiple choice Metros i.e. its accessibility. We liked the friendliness of all the staff and willingness to help. It was a basic, but very adequate hotel, great for a short stay for anyone wishing to explore Paris

Great property. Connecting rooms are fabulous for a family of four. Great location to walk to anywhere in the city center. We will be staying again.

美術館やお店等徒歩圏内で立地の良さは最高でした。フロントの方も親切で いろいろなリクエストにも 応えてくださいました。 ただ部屋のシャワーは持つところが壊れていて、バスタブの詮もなくお湯を張ることができませんでした。

We had a lovely stay at Dauphine Saint Germain. The location was perfect for our quick stay in Paris. The rooms were small but very quaint. We would stay again!

Best location for touring Paris and Disneyland, 5 mins walk to the river and another 5 to the Louvre. Arrive ving at CDG Airport, a train to St Michel Notre Dame which is 10 mins walk from the hotel, located close to the Latin Quarter where all the best restaurants and Cafes and bakeries. The hotel it self is clean, air conditioned and had enough room for me and my daughter, with price offered it’s worth it. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the manager send us a survey for preferences before arrival which was very kind with personal touch. Will visit again. Notecthat can be slightly noisy at night when windows open due to the nature of the area, but I slept well anyway.

Amazing location, comfy bed, quiet hotel and super friendly staff that speak both english and french. Would definitely stay there again. À la prochaine!

Cet hôtel est très bien situé et sécuritaire. Les personnes à la réception sont très gentilles et le petit déjeuner est varié. N’oubliez pas de placer la petite affiche pour ne pas vous faire déranger ou pour faire la chambre, car la femme de ménage vous le rappellera de manière plus ou moins sympathique.

Horrible place. We were supposed to stay for nights and checked out after one. The AC barely worked in our room during a tremendous heat wave. The common areas have no AC. The place was old and dirty, the room ridiculously small. My husband literally could not fit in the shower. Staff was incredibly rude. Do not stay here.

The hotel is housed in an old building that reveals the structural elements of the construction, adding charm to those who admire the construction methods of the past.

El establecimiento presentaba problemas claros de limpieza y mantenimiento. Había señales de humedad y moho en las moquetas, lo que generaba un ambiente poco agradable en las habitaciones. Más allá de tratarse de un edificio con historia, se notaba una falta de cuidado en los detalles. Reservamos una opción pensada para familias numerosas, pero al llegar nos asignaron dos habitaciones separadas por un espacio común en el pasillo. Solicitamos que estuvieran comunicadas, pero la respuesta fue que estaban “interconectadas”. Durante la noche, nos incomodó una luz del pasillo que permanecía encendida y, además, la presencia de una cámara de seguridad nos hizo sentir preocupados por nuestra privacidad. Tras expresar nuestra insatisfacción, la gestión de la situación fue insuficiente. Se nos ofreció la posibilidad de cambiar a los menores de planta, algo que consideramos inapropiado. Aunque se nos aseguró que harían todo lo posible para encontrar una solución, finalmente no recibimos ninguna alternativa satisfactoria. El personal mencionó ciertas condiciones sobre la cancelación, pero consideramos que estas resultaban poco prácticas y no nos permitieron resolver la situación de manera adecuada. Nos llevamos una sensación de decepción y sentimos que nuestra confianza había sido traicionada. Definitivamente, no es una opción a la que volveríamos.
