Great location, friendly staff

The hotel is fine and in a good location but beware that the musical fountain is just outside the front door and blasts 20 min of very loud music at 10pm and again at 10:30 during summer months. Check the schedule if this is a concern.

There was a l. Event when we arrived so parking was hard to get to . Matthew from the front desk was very helpful .

They don’t seem to want to serve coffee after 9pm

A very beautiful property! Convenient, right on the plaza with dining and cafes just outside. We walked to La Patio, a 6 minute walk. A wonderful restaurant! Then came back and had a drink and gelato at the hotel cafe outside. We had room 1 with city view. It has a little balcony overlooking the plaza. Lovely! The room is clean and modern. It’s fairly spacious with a closet, desk. The bathroom is large enough for two to get ready at the same time with a completely separate shower area and separate toilet. Bed and linens are nice. I like the 2 twin bed option for me and my son. My only small complaint is there’s no coffee machine in the room. Last night we had some trouble with the curtains as they are sheer - letting in the plaza lights. No blackout curtains? Then I realized there are shutters on the OUTSIDE of the windows that close. We are American so it was difficult to understand. Once we closed the shutters, the room was much quieter and darker, closing out the light and sounds from the noisy plaza. Perfect! We parked easily in the underground garage just below the hotel. 14 euros for 12 hours. Tiny spaces but we managed with an suv. A wonderful stay!

Great service by all staff. Great location.

This hotel is magnificent. It was spotless. Beautiful hardwood floors and no carpet (which I appreciated). The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was nice. Location is superb. Book now! Internet was a bit of an issue but, I think, temporary.

Lovely hotel that also manages the adjacent Italian restaurant. Great location with excellent restaurants, parks and in the centre of the city. We walked from the train station. It’s very well located and not that far - but it is uphill! Very uphill with medium sized cases. However, once there, very quick reception, great maps available and helpful advice. Breakfast was relaxed. Real meusli (with choc bits), fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, toast, baguettes and pastries. Juice, and expresso coffee! Wonderful! Our room was very comfy, the bed excellent (and pillows) perhaps a little smaller than we’d prefer - but larger rooms were already booked. Again, helpful receptionist did try!! Terrific three days!!

Boutique style hotel in a beautiful square

The staff were excellent!! The hotel was a perfect place to walk everywhere. We would definitely go back. We loved the Cocci Rest, it was delicious!! Thank you!!

Loved this boutique hotel with modern design. Great location on top of the mount. If you travel by train with luggage, it's a good hike up to the top! The service was the absolute best, so welcoming, friendly and helpful for dining and touring recommendations. There is a food market/hall nearby with lots of dining options at lunchtime.

The Hotel Le XIX in Beziers ended up being my favorite hotel stay on a two week trip to France and Ireland. It was fabulous, wonderful experience. I didn't want to leave it was so calm and perfect. Thank you!
