Rude staff.

Chambre étroite, avec vieux plancher pas droit, l'impression d'avoir réservé une chambre dans un ferry. Sous le lit pas propre. On entend tout de la chambre voisine. De bons commerces à proximité.

A nice hotel room in the centre of Lyon, staff are friendly and welcoming. Had a nice stay there. Good for location.

Había un cuchillo en mi habitación 😂😂😂 y el jabón de la ducha es horrible (en especial para el pelo) 😭😭😭. De resto, todo perfecto!

リヨンの街歩きがよかったので、結果オーライであるが、ホテルは、エントランスホールはなく、裏通りから入る小さなドアがあり、おまけにエレベーターが無い。その点を除いたら、静かで、テアトル(劇場)の近くにあり、眼下には公園もあり、観光名所はすぐ近くにあり、リヨンの旅としてはすごく好印象を持てた。

Clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were a good size for French hotel rooms and very clean, but it is an older hotel so some of it seemed like it was probably due for a refresh. There are a lot of stairs, so not The hotel for you if that is a proble. However, the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the staff was extremely helpful.

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the hotel is a little older so it has some character. There were two flights of stairs to get up to the reception desk, so if you have mobility issues this would be challenging. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

I chose the hotel for its location, but found it quite lovely. Carmen, the day concierge, was friendly and informative. We came to Lyon with no agenda, and she gave us numerous options for things to do and places to eat. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. Be aware that the room sizes vary greatly, so choose wisely. Also, bring your own toiletries. They provide a 3 in 1 “shampoo” that left my hair so gross I literally had a dream about it after using it once. The hotel is entirely walk up, so if you have mobility issues or can’t carry luggage up stairs, this may not be a good option. I feel like this seems like a bad review, but it’s not. I would absolutely stay here again, just feel people need advance warning about a few things that didn’t bother me, but would be deal breakers for others.

Staff were very nice and location perfect. Our room looked out at the theatre. Premasis is showing its age and a little decorating would be a big plus. Overall a good stay

The room was light, clean, and a decent size. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area the hotel was located was convenient to shops and dining. However, not having an elevator made it very difficult to get our luggage to our room. Also, having to walk a couple of floors up to the reception area was not ideal, and not having a receptionist at the desk was not helpful during the later evening hours. Other than the inconvenience of having to climb a lot of steps, the hotel itself was nice.

Contents de notre choix. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, il a du cachet. Le personnel est accueillant, mais au mois d’août, la clim manquait cruellement et on peut largement oublier le petit déjeuner (beaucoup trop frugal pour le prix).

Great place to stay right in the middle of the experience with restaurants and shopping all close by. There was a market along the river the morning we woke up. The hotel was quiet clean and comfortable.

Great location and overall a pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located yet quiet, just a short walk from the Old Town and public transport. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful view of the Lyon theater. There is no elevator, and guests must climb a few flights of stairs to reach the lobby and rooms — something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Although there is no air conditioning, a fan and portable cooling unit were provided and worked well. The receptionist, Marcia, was highly professional, kind, and always helpful — she truly added a positive touch to the experience. I mentioned in advance that I was visiting for my birthday, but there was no welcome note or birthday gesture, which would have been a nice touch. Still, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would consider staying again.

Excellent location with beautiful Surroundings. Central to sites and easy to park.

Super Lage direkt am Theater. Zimmer sauber jedoch sehr schlecht belüftbar (Ventilatoren wurden aber gestellt) und spürbar schiefer Boden im Zimmer. Personal nett, zuvorkommend (beim Checkin) und hilfsbereit. Preis für 2 Sterne hoch aber bei der Lage üblich. Achtung. im 2. Stock gelegen ohne Aufzug, Zimmer auf 2 weiteren Etagen ebenfalls ohne Aufzug und im Hotel Treppenhaus sehr eng.
