Hôtel très propre et bien situé

Passing by to see the sanctuary, good location, just a few STEPS of everyqhwre

No air conditioning, it is cold but the room can get pretty hot

Nous nous étions dans l'annexe, chambre prope mais un peu vieillotte...(un peu juste pour un 4*) Personnel très agréable et à l'ecoute. Repas et petits déjeuners corrects.

La Solitude was not my first choice for a stay in Lourdes, but it will be my first choice when I return! The hotel itself is a little dated and certainly the upper floors could do with a revamp. As is common in France the toilet and shower rooms were separate, which can be a bit awkward to navigate especially in the dark- and I personally don’t like having to touch door handles before being to wash my hands! The rooms had everything needed though, including a small frudge

Pros: location close to sanctuarium. Clean and nice looking lobby. Cons: it was about 9:30 when they simply knocked our door asking to check-out. That was a bid rude.

Séjour agréable. Attention au stationnement. Nous n’étions pas informés qu’il faut réserver la place de parking. En arrivant nous avons eu des difficultés de trouver le parking et en plus nous étions informés qu’il n’y a plus de place disponible.

No me ha gustado el hotel por estas razones: 1. El Parking es estrecho, hay que pagar y reservar. Ten suerte de que la calle este vacia por que es peatonala y no te vam a dejar pasar. 2. La calle es muy ruidodsa (la habitacion daba a la calle 108 habia mucho ruido. Y a las 6:00 de la madrugada suena como si arrastraran algo muy pesado (temblaba hasta el suelo). Habia alguien en la habitacion dando portazos durante toda la noche 3. La piscina estuvo cerrada por problemas en el agua 4. La television no servia se lo dijomos a un chico muy amable (lo unico bueno que tenia el hotel) y dijo que iba a subir alguien a arregrarlo. La primera vez no paso nada la segunda cambiaron el cable y la tercera pues tampoco paso nada, la televisión ponia que no tenia canales. 5. El bufé tiene poca variedad de comida, dan muy poco cafe, y sale de una maquina. Lo unico bueno eran las vistas al rio 6. Pasillos estrechos y moqueta se veia sucia y desgastada. 7. En los dias de estancia que estuvimos no te cambian las sabanas, dormimos con las mismas sabanas y almohadas. Quiero pensar que no las cambian con el mismo huésped, pero si cuando cambian de huespedes La experiencia ha sido en cuanto menos desagradable. El unico punto a favor a sido un chico muy amable que hay en recepcion.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo y volveré

Décevant J ai été hébergé dans un autre hôtel, soit disant sur classé parce qu il n’y avait plus de place alors que j ai réservé 3 mois à l avance. J ai été très déçu. Si il n’y a plus de place dans une hôtel dans ces cas là vous refusez la réservation.

You wouldn't expect a 4-star hotel to have a gas station dispenser for toilet paper, or body wash, would you? The air conditioner didn't cool. We were looking forward to hanging out by the pool and relaxing. The pool area smelled of mildew and was humid with pool chemical odors. None of the pool furniture had cushions or coverings. We were disappointed in the overall experience we had at the hotel. On hindisight I would pick a different location to stay in Lourdes as the hotel is at a fairly hectic intersection. The remodel done to the rooms is an Ikea rehab with a beautiful lobby that doesn't match the overall texture of the property. We had issues with room maintenancence. Our room was not serviced for several nights over our six day stay. Don't expect an espresso maker in the room. The toiletries and towels were right out of a motel 6. This was not my cup of coffee! Holy water in Lourdes exceptional.

Superbe sejour, le seul bemol c est que la piscine etait privative de 18h a 20h et pas prevenu donc du coup je n ai pas pu en profiter et la piscine faisait partie de mon choix de cet hotel.

Before arrival, I had messaged the hotel, via Expedia to ask about parking details, but got no reply. Warning! The route to the car park is extremely tight. We managed it, with great difficulty, however was unable to find a satisfactory space inside so needed to leave. Turning the car inside was very difficult and extremely stressful. There were tears. The route out on to the road damaged the clutch on our rental car. The whole porocess of entering, leaving then finding different parking took an hour and a half. I asked for a refund for the parking which has been agreed but will take a few days. When we got to our room, it didn't have a balcony which we had booked. Our room was changed quickly, which was good. However my daughter got stuck in the bathroom. We were unable to open the door. I called reception for help. After a 10 minute wait, I managed to yank the door with force. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a good sleep. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The hotel location is very close to everything. The pool was small, but nice and refreshing. Internet access was good.

We arrived with a service dog and the staff was amazing. They allowed us to see the rooms, they took care of us, they were kind and made everything to make us feel comfortable. Will definitely go back!

The room size is less than expected.

Location is great and parking overnight is easy and reasonably priced. Front desk staff were amazing. Cafe staff seemed tired and fed up with tourists (understandably), though always polite. The hotel is rated 4 stars, which may reflect an historical rating in days of old, as it is not a 4 star hotel by today's standards. Value for money I would score a 1/5 - this is not really worth $210.00 CDN dollars/night - The city in general, unless you are visiting for spiritual/religious reasons, is not worth a visit. It is a small town burdened with 5 million tourists per year and there are clear signs of fatigue and dilapidation outside of the main tourist areas.

Excellent hotel.

We have been blessed a room with beautiful view of the river & mountain. Staff in hotel were very helpful and friendly and we received much guidance on how to get around Lourdes from Front Desk, Ms Vanessa. Though the official breakfast time was 7am, hotel is very accomodating to start breakfast as early as 6.30am for guests who are required to depart early. Will definitely be back next year for our pilgrimage again.

Hotel bom porém o ar condicionado não estava funcionando em todo o hotel o que torna a estadia um pouco incomoda, já que estava calor.
