Lovely, welcoming, helpful reception staff at the Terasse Poulard, room at the Mouton Blanc was great and spotless, and breakfasts at the Mere Poulard and La Confiance. Being someone with food intolerances, they catered brilliantly for me at both with plant milks and gluten free cereal, other options i could eat were available too. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff at the Mere Poulard, however did not seem to have the time or patience for me or anyone else asking them questions. I need to ask due to my intolerances and cannot consume caffeine for medical reasons, so with no decaf coffee readily available, i had no option but to ask if it may be possible. Checking on options for gluten free and dairy free products such as milk is a must for me everywhere i go. I dont ask these questions to be difficult or a nuisance. It is essential for anyone like me with intolerances and even more so with allergies.

Easy instructions provided before check in, the reception is at the sister hotel. Mouton Blanc breakfast is also at the sister hotel. Staff were very helpful and happy to answer questions and help.
Room was clean and had everything we needed.
Shower gel and soap in bathrooms but no shampoo and conditioner. Beds comfortable, wonderful luxury to be able to walk around the island after dark when all the crowds have left!

Lots of stairs climbing to our room. Very confusing checkin process, with no sign explaining how to proceed. An email in advance or note on the door woujd be very helpful.

Very small room but I guess that is to be expected on Mont Saint Michele. It was really difficult to find bc the reception in labeled as a different hotel and then our room was up the street and around corner along with 7 other rooms, not where the restaurant for hotel was.

The room was clean and had a great view. The front desk staff we're very friendly and accommodating, they let us store our bags while we walked around the village after checking out.
Just be advised that you need to get an accrss code from them for a parking lot on the main land and take a shuttle to the island.

Everything was amazing. Rooms are a bit dated but to be expected. They are nonetheless clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend spending the night there.

A hospitalidade ao chegar foi terrível. O check-in é feito em um prédio, o hotel está em outro ponto. Nesse segundo local, aonde estava marcado com o nome do hotel, não houve a menor hospitalidade! Não deixar entrar, não havia alguém que falasse um inglês correto, e não nos deixaram usar o banheiro. Não recomendo!
