We stayed at this hotel for 14 days. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Everyone in the concierge department was also very helpful. Rami, in particular, was incredibly gracious and helpful in assisting us in exploring the town and its surroundings. We will definitely be returning. Mon récent séjour à l'Hôtel Le Negresco a été absolument inoubliable, mêlant luxe, histoire et service impeccable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été immédiatement plongés dans l'atmosphère unique de cet établissement mythique, véritable palais des arts où chaque couloir et chaque salon raconte une histoire riche. L'hôtel est une galerie en soi, abritant une collection impressionnante d'œuvres d'art allant de l'époque Louis XIII à l'art contemporain, ce qui rend l'exploration des lieux passionnante. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un surclassement dans une chambre magnifique qui tenait parfaitement compte de nos demandes spécifiques. La décoration était somptueuse, offrant un confort absolu dans un cadre digne des plus grands. Côté gastronomie, notre déjeuner à La Rotonde fut parfait, avec un service attentionné et des mets délicieux. L'accès aux installations du Spa et le massage ont également été des moments de pur bonheur. Le professionnalisme du personnel et la qualité des soins prodigués ont rendu cette parenthèse de détente tout simplement parfaite. Le Negresco n'est pas seulement un hôtel, c'est une institution qui perpétue son héritage avec brio tout en offrant un confort moderne. Une adresse exceptionnelle que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Everyone in the concierge department was also very helpful. Rami, in particular, was incredibly gracious and helpful in assisting us in exploring the town and its surroundings. We will definitely be returning. Mon récent séjour à l'Hôtel Le Negresco a été absolument inoubliable, mêlant luxe, histoire et service impeccable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été immédiatement plongés dans l'atmosphère unique de cet établissement mythique, véritable palais des arts où chaque couloir et chaque salon raconte une histoire riche. L'hôtel est une galerie en soi, abritant une collection impressionnante d'œuvres d'art allant de l'époque Louis XIII à l'art contemporain, ce qui rend l'exploration des lieux passionnante. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un surclassement dans une chambre magnifique qui tenait parfaitement compte de nos demandes spécifiques. La décoration était somptueuse, offrant un confort absolu dans un cadre digne des plus grands. Côté gastronomie, notre déjeuner à La Rotonde fut parfait, avec un service attentionné et des mets délicieux. L'accès aux installations du Spa et le massage ont également été des moments de pur bonheur. Le professionnalisme du personnel et la qualité des soins prodigués ont rendu cette parenthèse de détente tout simplement parfaite. Le Negresco n'est pas seulement un hôtel, c'est une institution qui perpétue son héritage avec brio tout en offrant un confort moderne. Une adresse exceptionnelle que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Were upgraded to a spacious junior suite. The room was beautiful. I was pleased to see a proper coffee maker in the room as the last time we visited only instant coffee was available with a kettle.
