This hotel is in a good location but the price is insane for what you get. A sauna is mentioned in the listing but the price list at the front desk advised of a surcharge associated to its use. I understand the Christmas markets drive up the price at this time of year but I was generally disappointed with my stay. The single room was absolutely miniscule, even by European standards, and offered nothing in the way of amenities. The blanket on my bed was visibly stained when I arrived (gross) and when I pointed it out to the receptionist, I was basically sneered at and gaslighted into thinking it wasn’t there (it absolutely was). I was also told that “I wouldn’t need it” when I asked for another and that it was just for decoration. I can tell you that I wasn’t left feeling confident in the cleaning standards of a hotel that doesn’t wash their bedding or particularly cared for by the staff. Also, they were right that I didn’t need it because the room was sweltering but I couldn’t sleep with the window open because of the surrounding street noise at all hours of the night.

The location was amazing, the staff friendly, everything easy.

Staff were lovely and friendly, slight misunderstanding with the sauna charge (€11.50 when we went in Dec’25) slightly high just to use it for 15mins. Hotel is close enough to walk to local attractions and amenities. Rooms however are very outdated and need repainting (not as pictured), pillows were really thin and not comfortable to sleep on. Generally stay was fine but probably won’t stay again.

Moisissure dans la douche et drain bloqué. De plus la chambre est très bruyante, aucune insonorisation.

Hotel molto carino, a ridosso dell’area pedonale e del centro storico. Struttura antica, ma curata nei particolari (carina l’idea dei piani “a tema”). Stanza spaziosa, bel bagno e arredamento curato e piacevole. Purtroppo alcuni particolari andrebbero curati meglio: alcune camere (la mia) hanno un gradino altissimo per accedere e farlo con le valigie (mentre la porta è dura da aprire e a molla) non è facile. Il buffet non viene rifornito. Manca una busta per i vestiti sporchi in camera. Per il prezzo pagato, questi particolari potevano essere curati meglio.

Dommage que les armoires a des tâches blanc...vu que c'est noir...les tâches blanches est beaucoup trop visible. L'ascenseur est beaucoup trop occupé pour prendre les escaliers. Lorsqu'on est PMR, c'est compliqué.

Location was convenient- but noisy in street outside overnight. Breakfast menu quite limited - no fresh fruit. Room was quite comfortable and spacious but low hanging lampshade and inconvenient positioning of door stopper hazardous.reported to concierge.

Zu dem Hotel gibt es verschiedene Punkte, welche sich teilweise leider gegenseitig beeinflussen. Die Lage ist direkt am Zentrumsrand wodurch alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist und man gleich mitten im Trubel ist. Das ist allerdings dann auch gleichzeitig ein Nachteil, da direkt gegenüber ein Ausgehviertel direkt am Fluss liegt. Am Wochenende ist dort die ganze Nacht lautes Gegröle und es fahren ständig hupende Autos vorbei und lassen ihre Motoren aufheulen damit mein zeigt was für ein toller Hecht man ist. Dadurch wird ein erholsamer Schlaf fast unmöglich. Hinzu kam bei uns, dass wir ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite hatten, 30 Grad unter Tags und eigentlich die Klimaanlage nutzen wollten. Eine Fernbedienung konnten wir hierfür aber nicht finden - auf Nachfrage teilte man uns mit, dass diese erst noch von einem Techniker aktiviert werden muss. Somit mussten wir die Fenster geöffnet lassen um nicht im Zimmer zu ersticken. Dies unterstützte die Lautstärke Feiernden. Unserer Meinung nach wollte man die Klima nicht einschalten um Kosten zu sparen. Ich hab noch nie gehört das man die aktiv schalten muss. Aber wenn man die Fernbedienung entfernt, ist das gleich erledigt. Das Parken ist trotz der zentralen Lage in einem gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus für 22,- Euro / 24 Stunden möglich. Das Parkhaus ist aber relativ eng und oft sehr voll, weshalb man manchmal vor verschlossenem Tor steht. Hotelausstattung war ok, Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht. Wir würden das Hotel vermutlich nicht mehr buchen.

Un hôtel parfait pour famille ou affaires, idealement situé dans le centre ville

This hotel is right by the island where the Christmas markets are held so it is easy to walk to. It was approximately a 15 min tram ride from the train station and then about 5 mins to the hotel. We were three and ended up with almost a suite - two rooms behind one door and a private bathroom. Cosy but comfortable. Would recommend it.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel pour visiter Strasbourg etait intéressante. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. La douche se fait par contre vielle mais reste tout de même propre et spacieuse également. Le seul bémol que je noterai était le check out. La chambre doit etre libérée à 11h. Dès 11h le téléphone n’a pas arrêté de sonner pour demander de libérer la chambre cetait pénible.

Chambre spacieuse l'inconvénient la literie beaucoup trop petite La description annoncée 2 très grand lits alors que la réalité 2 lit de 140x190 mais pieds dépasser du lit. Frigo vide même pas une bouteille d'eau pour accueillir le client qui a fait 5 heures de route. Pour une suite a 418€ la nuit cela laisse a désirer. Sinon c'est mignon sur les toits derrière étage.

Very charming hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in the penthouse suite. Very comfortable. You do have to climb one set of spiral stairs fyi. You do hear the church Bells every 30min even past midnight but that’s everywhere in Strasbourg. So recommend bringing earplugs. Only a bridge away from the center of all Xmas markets.
