Very nice customer service. I love everything about this hotel. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to save and yet have quality for the buck. I came to visit family living near here, but they did not have enough room to accommodate us, so we chose this for proximity.

Me encantó. Las reviews no eran tan buenas pero me llevo una grata sorpresa. Soy argentino me atendieron 10 puntos. Como en casa. A la mañana había un tipo de Siria en recepción, un genio total. Los demás no he tratado mucho pero no desentonan. Por error encontré este más lejano al centro pero superó ampliamente mis expectativas. Desayuné y diez puntos todo. No tuve ningún problema.

Super hôtel , juste une odeur d’ancien dans la chambre à chaque entrée dans celle-ci , manque de miroirs … salle de bain assez petite dommage mais sinon impeccable.

La chambre que j'avais ne ressemble pas du tout à celles des photos du site. Les moquettes sont sales, les lumières ne fonctionnent pas toutes et la salle de bain est insalubre. Le rideau de douche etait sale. Une infection. Le seul point positif est la gentillesse du personnel, meme sil parle tres mal français !

J'ai mes habitudes dans cet établissement pour son rapport qualité prix imbattable en région parisienne. Des chambres confortables et un accueil très agréable.

The worst stay in any hotel ever. When I checked in, Amanda at the front desk did not like the fact that I couldn't speak fluent French, so, along with the maid, they provided me with a room on the 6th floor that had construction going on at 4AM and then again from 7AM-9AM on my first night there. It only became worse with very little sleep each night during my stay at this hotel, as people whom stay there are; constantly yelling through the halls, smoking by your door, and banging on walls throughout all hours of the night and early morning. I had to have my room changed 4 times tjroughout my 5 day stay and there wasn't; a french electrical outlet that they would let me borrow, an umbrella for daily usage like other hotels, and they don't even have laundry service. As a result, I had to waste my first day in Paris walking around the neighborhood trying to locate these items of which the front desk should have carried for guests. Ultimately, if you want to get some sleep and not have to be concerned with front desk attendants of whom do not really want to help you have a nice stay at their hotel when you are traveling from another country, stay ANYWHERE BUT AT THIS HOTEL! Lastly, there was a front desk attendant whom was more concerned why I wasn't spending $10 on the breakfast instead of the fact that I was placed on a floor the night before where the hotel attendants KNEW that they would have construction going on the 6th floor and placed me there anyway.

Absolutely brilliant staff and very friendly.

The staff I encountered were very nice. Unfortunately, they still have some issues to solve with regard to the property. WIFI only worked in Lobby, not upper floors. While cleaning the room, the maid caused the toilet to malfunction. Reported it to the lobby staff, but the repairman didn't fix it during my 2-day stay. The lobby staff tried to make up for some of the issues, for example, they comped me a breakfast one morning. The hotel is located in a so-so area. Overall, felt like it was worth about 20-25 Euros less than I paid.

tres agréablement surpris par la qualité de l hôtel a proximité de Paris. Personnel tres professionnel et chaleureux.

La chambre sans téléphone pour joindre l'accueil. un tuyau plastique sortait du mur pour aller dans le lavabo. Des trous dans la moquette du plâtre sur les murs... c'est indigne; par contre les gens de la réception de nuit comme de jour sont irréprochable.
