La chambre était spacieuse, la literie très confortable. Le gérant très courtois.
Un peu de bruit dans les couloirs si on veut être tatillon mais nous avons tous très bien dormi donc pas des plus dérangeant.

Pratique pour se rendre à la basilique.... parking de l Hôtel privé.seul bémol pas d isolation phonique nous avons entendu les personnes de la chambre d a côté discute et rire jusqu'à plus de minuit... nuit très compliquée pour le coup. Sinon petit déjeuner top et réception agréable....

Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique la dame très gentille à l’arrivé.
Par contre les chambre très mal insonorisé autant à l’extérieur de l’hôtel que à l’intérieur.
L’hôtel est vétuste mais propre d’état général juste la salle de bain pas très propre. C’est dommage l’emplacement est top.

Hôtel bien placé avec parking gratuit tout proche. La chambre triple était très propre, les matelas très confortables. Le personnel de ménage très sympathique. Un grand merci au patron pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Enfin un gros câlin à Chanel notre petite masquotte Pomsky adorable et très joueuse, elle nous manque déjà.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel 😍

Given that the hotel was close to the religious sanctuary i was very suprised at the price it was very reasonable . Staff were very pleasant, rooms clean , bedding immaculate white sheets and comfy bed . No air con but the fans are very effective in keeping you cool and the hotel does state no aircon . The only 1 thing that bothered me was i could not see a smoke alarm.in the room . There was a smoke alarm in the hallway near to our door but couldn't see one actually in the room , maybe i was looking in wrong place but apart from that worth the money

Comfortable beds. Nice balcony area, which was beautiful in the morning mist. Very hot room, as there was no air conditioner and that made it hard to sleep. If you can sleep in the heat, than a nice place!

our experience in saint cLaire hoteL was good, room is cLean, we're 3 in room no. 9 cLose to eLevator (maybe 3-4 step away from the door), cynthia (her name i think) was a very nice and heLpfuL young Lady, though she speak no engLish but she's good in assisting us to caLL the taxi for our way to the airport (googLe transLate heLps a Lot), than'x to that service.. aLL in aLL it's a good experience, we may try it again next time we pLan to visit Lourdes, france..
