Fantastic

Staff were very pleasant & helpful. Hotel clean & Situated close to all amenities, perfect! Only moan was that we could have done with a bigger wardrobe - clothes hung up were not able to hang properly so ended up crumpled.

My recommendation on this hotel is go somewhere else. My room was tiny and was not as depicted in the photos of the hotel-opening luggage or storing in the room will cause issues for your stay. Even opening bathroom doors will cause issues. Other issues - no hot water. Television, air conditioning, phone, one light in a very dark room did not work. Cigarette burns on the bedding made it feel unclean. Electric sockets did not support converter (used throughout France before and after my attempted stay with no issues). Windows barely open because of room size limitations and the curtains being glued to the window frame. I tried calling for assistance but again, phone not working. I knew then I would not be able sleep here. I reported the issues to the front desk who referred me to the manager (was not on site). I checked out immediately and emailed the Mgr. The worst part of the experience was the communication back from my email. Managers are paid to solve problems, but this Manager denied any issues with the room. If a customer has issues it is the manager's job to resolve them-not make it worse. The response was totally inadequate and unprofessional. No attempt was made on amends or addressing issues. There are lots of great or even average boutique hotels in this area. Skip this one and go to one that deserves your business. Check for a Mgr on site. I've stayed in several other hotels in this area that are not as dive-y as this one and never felt ripped off as I did here.

La ubicación es muy buena, puedes ir y regresar caminando a las atracciones de Montmartre, el personal muy amable, estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades y nos dieron recomendaciones acerca del lugar, te regalan café y chocolate caliente que al despertar cae muy bien. La recámara pequeña.

Property and staff were excellent and location was perfect for our Moulin Rouge reservation.

The hotel was extremely accommodating. Expedia had a loud us to purchase a room with three people, and this hotel does not allow three people per room and the hotel was able to accommodate us by allowing us to book an additional room. Expedia did nothing to help us so be warned. Expedia will not help you with anything that you have a problem with on your trip but this hotel will, although you will have to pay the additional fees and they will do their best. There was one day that we were unable to book a room with them and they were able to assist us in booking a room at a hotel very very close to theirs so my husband stayed there so my child and I could sleep together in the room that we had booked
