Air condition can not working all 3 night when I stay and staff can not do anything .

Great customer service

Solo traveller here: my room 701 was very small but so comfortable. Perfect for one person. I felt incredibly safe at the hotel and in the area in the evening. There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away with everything you need. Lots of Lime Bikes outside so you can get to the Eiffel Tower in under 10min on bike. Well connected to the metro.

Staff is very friendly and helpful just bathrooms are very tiny, I recommend this hotel for everyone.

Very small , hidden charges

Positive: The location is quite good just a 5 to 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station and only three stops away from the Eiffel Tower, The air conditioning worked well, which was essential during the hot summer days. The beds were large and comfortable, with extra pillows provided, the property has a charming, vintage-style elevator very small, fitting just one or two people at a time which adds character to the stay. The 12 pm checkout time was convenient. Areas for Improvement: The rooms and corridors are quite small, which might be expected in Paris, but still worth mentioning for travelers seeking more space. The toiletries provided were very basic an all-in-one dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A particularly unusual policy was being asked to leave the room key at reception every time I went out, which felt a bit outdated & inconvenient. The biggest disappointment came at the end of my stay. I had left my luggage with the hotel after checkout, informing the staff that I would return to collect it at night before catching my train to Zurich. Unfortunately, my train was delayed and later canceled till early morning. I ended up returning around midnight. I politely requested to wait in the lobby for a few hours, explaining that the train station was closed during that time. Despite my situation and having been a paying guest, the receptionist firmly refused. This lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing and left a negative final impression.

Dispute my initial shock at how small the room and elevator were, I enjoyed my visit. Service was responsive and friendly. The neighborhood was very accessible and had several very good restaurants. The neighborhood was so serene and quiet at times it was very pleasant.

Durante minha viagem a Paris, fiquei hospedado no Hotel Baldi, no 15º arrondissement, entre os dias 6 e 13 de maio de 2025. A localização foi um dos pontos mais positivos: o hotel fica próximo à Torre Eiffel, ao Campo de Marte e com fácil acesso ao metrô (estações Ségur e Cambronne), o que facilitou bastante os deslocamentos pela cidade. O quarto era compacto, confortável e limpo, ideal para quem passa o dia explorando a cidade. A cama era boa, o banheiro bem equipado e tudo estava em boas condições. No geral, o Hotel Baldi ofereceu uma boa relação custo-benefício para quem busca um local prático, limpo e bem localizado para explorar Paris.

Mooi klein hotel, huiskamergevoel aan het ontbijt, lopend buffet. Net hotel, enthousiaste en behulpzame staf. Spreken ook goed Engels. 24/7 receptie open. Miste wel aantal plankjes oid om spullen op te leggen, al was er kastruimte en 2 kleine plankjes in mijn 1-pers. kamer. Nette douche/wc/toilet.

Incrível! Atendimento excelente na recepção, quartos e instalações confortáveis, localização excelente (dá pra ir andando até a Torre Eiffel, tem metrô perto, mercado, restaurantes, cafés e lanches). O café é simples, mas suficiente. O quarto é pequeno, mas também é suficiente pra se instalar.

O colchão é o melhor do quarto. Quarto pequeno, box do banheiro apertado. Não havia armário para roupas. O pior de tudo é o ar condicionado que não funcionava. Reclamei na recepção e disseram que funcionava apenas como aquecimento, instalaram um ventilador em meu quarto. Era início de primavera, mas batia sol no quarto, aquecendo-o. Imagino que se o ar condicionado não funcionar no verão, ficará insuportável se hospedar nesse hotel. É apenas um hotel econômico que se apresenta como sendo 3 estrelas, caro demais para o que oferece. Infelizmente, isso é comum em Paris.

Friendly staff and clean room

Room 404 was at the front of the property facing the train tracks. With the windows closed you’ll barely hear a thing. However, the noise of the airconditioning unit on my room and the rooms on either side mine were awful. Machine noises kept me up for 3 days straight. And because I have prepaid, I couldnt cancel without losing money. They couldnt move me to another room because the hotel was fully booked. On the other hand, the staff were amazing. Very polite and accomodating. Apologetic about the noise but hey ho their hands are tied too in terms of what they can do. Overall, the facilities match the amount of money you pay for. Decent as long as no one turns on the airconditioning unit.

Hôtel bien placé, accueil agréable Mais chambre bruyante avec un bruit de ventilation permanent trop fort

Petite chambre avec micro salle de bain (on est à Paris !). La chambre était propre, sauf la tasse avec des taches et les portes de douche cassées qui ne ferment plus correctement. Isolation phonique très mauvaise. Pour un court séjour pro c’est suffisant.
