Hôtel Cannes Croisette

Bad signal of wifi at 3rd floor. And towel was bad smell.

La chambre sur le même plier que l’ascenseur était très bruyante, à cause des claquements de la porte de l’ascenseur très tôt le matin. Bruits de la rue le week end jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit: on ne peut pas dormir !

Receptionist spocchioso,info non corrispondenti a quello prenotato.Copripiumone sporco di sangue e presenza di peli sul materasso.Camera in struttura esterna e " corte " i tesa come divisorio tra palazzi e deposito.Scale e condizionatori ( per me una corte la intendo con un piccolo giardino o per lo meno uno spazio diverso da quello esistente). Misure della stanza non corrisponde a realtà. Unica cosa la posizione buona e la gentilezza della receptionist italiana. Non consiglierei assolutamente.

The location of the Hotel was convenient

Superfriendly and serviceminded staff and clean room. Location is perfect close to the trainstation and all the shopping. The only small minus is that you hear all action when people come and go, the doors slamming. If I ever come back I would love to stay here again.

El personal de la recepción hablaba por teléfono mientras nos atendía, no es de muy buena educación. Las moquetas , pintura etc necesitan un cambio. Por el contrario está muy céntrico, bien situado y es silencioso para dormir

Very reasonably priced for beeing Cannes in the middle of the summer. Clean rooms. Beds are comfortable but rather narrow for a couple to sleep in, expect alot of flying arms and legs when your better half turns in the middle of the night! The elevator is very tight, max 1 person with a suitcase at the time, not for claustrophobics. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Very close walking distance to both the promenade and the Cannes train station

I booked a room for 2 and it was so small. I dont understand How this could be a room for 2? The shower was not fresh and the service was terrible. Not anyone of the staff felt kind and helpful. I did not feel welcome to be honest. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Good budget option very well placed in the center of Cannes, close to the Palais des Festivals. Pleasant staff welcomed me. The room was clean and well appointed, however the room smelled very strongly of mould, and black mould was visibly present in the bathroom.

Bildene kunne vært mer opplysende. Ser ut som et em helt ok hotel og rom på bilde. Men rommet vi fikk hadde vegg til vegg teppe og føltes generelt ikke så fresht

Nous avons réservé 4 nuits dans cet établissement, attirés par les photos et la description sur le site. Quelle déception à l’arrivée : la chambre qui nous a été attribuée était dans un état lamentable — moquette sale, hygiène douteuse, et même une araignée trouvée dans les draps. Rien à voir avec les visuels présentés en ligne, ce qui relève clairement de la publicité mensongère. La literie était inconfortable, les installations vétustes, et l’ambiance générale très loin des standards minimaux attendus pour un séjour serein. Après une seule nuit, nous avons décidé de quitter l’hôtel, tant l’expérience était insupportable. Le personnel a refusé toute discussion et a exigé que nous payions l’intégralité des 4 nuits, sans même un geste commercial ou un mot d’excuse. L’emplacement est certes central, mais cela ne suffit pas à compenser un tel niveau d’insalubrité et un manque total de professionnalisme. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement et encourage les futurs voyageurs à bien vérifier les avis avant de réserver. Notre expérience a été suffisamment désastreuse pour que nous soyons contraints de saisir notre assistance juridique.

Fantastic location just behind Cannes Croisette and the beach. Its also located with superb selections of restaurants and shopping.

The staff was extremely nice, and the cleaning staff were better than average, in my opinion. The rooms are small but I expected that, I've stayed in micro-rooms before, but the rooms had everything I needed.
