Super établissement calme moderne et confortable. Juste la route a traversé pour être au bord du lac. Chambre du rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse. Climatisation appréciable en ces périodes de grosse chaleur. Personnel très sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner. Seul bémol la brasserie Bocuse situé a côté et conseillé par l hotel reste d un raport qualité prix moyen et accueil pas très sympathique.

Very small single room but well equipped and suitable for one night. I was disappointed not to have a kettle in the room and was unable one to even hire one, I was offered boiling water but only when the restaurant was open
The hotel was near the lake and on a quiet area away from the city. Getting to the city was an easy and pleasant walk away.
I enjoyed spending time in the garden at breakfast time.

Zeker geen 3 sterren waard. Al wat we melden aan receptie ivm leeg zeepbakje bijvullen, geen staander voor bagage op te leggen werd niet opgelost. Geen bar aanwezig om iets te drinken in hotel. IJskast op kamer koelde niet. Terras was super vuil en vol Asse van de rokers voordien. Kamer niet aangekleed en weinig verlichting. Geen lang hanggedeelte in kleerkast want ijskast stond eronder. Bijna geen leggedeelte dus valiezen niet kunnen uitpakken voor 4 dagen. Kleine badkamer kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Zeker geen 190 EUR per nacht waard zonder ontbijt nog eens 30 eur extra voor 2 personen . Gelukkig parking inbegrepen.Ontbijt was goed.

Room was very small and bathroom was right beside bed with only a sliding door that did not close properly. Hallway to room was full of stains and room was not very clean (left over garbage under the bed and carpet was old and dingy). Breakfast was great and so were the staff. Free access to coffee and latte machine at all times if you added the breakfast option (15 Euros per person per day). Location is close to lake and a few restaurants but a long walk to the main old town area. Free parking.

We booked a lake view room only to be told that it wasn’t available, BUT they upgraded us to a non-lake view larger room, Staff was helpful and kind. This could be a very nice hotel, but it needs a little bit of maintenance. Still, it was a great price for being right near the lake and we enjoyed our stay!

If you are looking for a hotel for the location only then this is the hotel. It was right on the lake front with bike, boat and pedalo rental within 50 meters.
Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel stop. The hotel is very run down and in some areas, and in the rooms furnishings are dirty.
We were directed to the building across from the main hotel and had to get in using a code. This didn't work most of the time and other times the gate was just left open . The front door to this building was broken leaving it insecure and we had a room on the second floor. The room, I would say is one of the worst I have stayed in. The floor was laminated boards which has all come up leaving gaps and holes. There was no headboard and the chair was very dirty.
There were also no ceiling lights in the room. The only lighting were small laps and these were simply not enough. The room had a large window with a partial lake view however we couldn't have this open as there were alot of ants making there way into the room.
The positives.
Staff seemed nice, secure parking and location . This is where it ends

In the old block our assigned room had fairly flat worn carpet. That would have been fine if it was clean, but the carpets were dirty. The skirting boards were full of dust. There was hair on the bedsheets, and the bathroom was full of hair and pubic hair. As if the cleaning staff has used a very hairy brush/mop and just moved it from one room to another.
Reception was very apologetic and changed us to another room which although the carpets were dirty, it was hairless and went with it.
We asked for compensation and I was supposed to receive the cost of 1 night. This is apparently submitted to the finance department and claimed against the cleaning company. It has been 8 weeks and I still haven't received it. And my requests for updates have been ignored.
The staff know how incompetent the cleaning company is, so it is not a surprise when this happens. Also each room had something missing: e.g. towel, soap, toilet paper, so you'll be heading to reception a lot.
I'm sure this post will be deleted to maintain a good score.
