Liked the Proximity to the harbour, staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, room - adequate in size, cleanliness and quality,,location of the property is rather unimpressive which I guess is typical of any other downtown areas

My room was a nice size as I had chosen a corner room so I had lots of light. The bathroom was nice as well. The items in the fridge are free so it was nice to have a juice. The breakfast was well done with plenty of options and fresh cut fruit. The area is good for being able to see the sights but very busy and into the late night. I could not hear in my room.

I had the best experience with the staff. They were super friendly and polite. no matter how often you asked them something they would pause whatever job they were doing on the Pc and they would stand up and talk to you and tried to help. That what mattered to me more. The Breakfast options were birilliant. I was staying in many 4star hotels in France, No of them offeres this breakfast

L'hôtel est idealement situé sur la Cannebiére, accessible a pied depuis la gare et depuis le Vieux Port. Belle chambre, salle de bain refaite à neuf. Petit dejeuner satisfaisant.
Seul inconvénient : la chambre donnait sur la rue perpendiculaire à la Cannebiere bruyante toute la nuit.

Within easy walking distance of Vieux Port and most of the main tourist attractions. The room itself has all the essentials. My boyfriend and I stayed here during Christmas and New Year's, so adding breakfast to the reservation came in handy especially when other places were closed. We had one minor issue when our key card wasn't working, but the staff were very helpful with letting us into our room when we needed it and trying to get the issue fixed quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

Je viens de passer quelques jours en couple dans cet hôtel et je suis ravi de l’expérience. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli chaleureusement par un personnel attentif et professionnel surtout monsieur adrian, un très gentil bonhomme
La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien aménagée, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville
Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, mettant en avant des produits frais et locaux.
L’emplacement est parfait, proche du centre ville , ce qui rend les déplacements très pratiques.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Marseille et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Great location in the centre of town on the La Canebière and a few hundred meters to the harbour. I had some issues with external noise due to high winds being on the top floor that stopped me getting any sleep and an AC duct that fell in to the room but the staff were quick to rectify things and I was moved to another better room. Things happen, its the way the team responds that makes the difference.

Very close to the old port area of Marseille, a very quick easy walk to get there. The hotel staff were very friendly, excellent overall. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to anyone else.
