Bon séjour, personnel sympathique , l'hotel bien situé proche du centre ville ( 10 minutes a pieds) et de la gare (10 minutes en bus ou 20 minutes à pieds) - Nous étions dans une chambre non renové, il fallait payé un surplus pour etre dans une chambre refaite je trouve le procédé limite. Le montant de préautorisation est également trop élevé, plus cher que le prix de la chambre !!!

Chambre propre. Insonorisation satisfaisante avec la voie rapide à proximité. Température un peu fraîche dans la chambre mais couette chaude et lit agréable. Personnel très aimable et sympathique. Petit déjeuner agréable également et pour tous les

Overall the stay was fine, there were one or two minor things that one would not have expected from a 4 star hotel. There were only paper cups in the room - one would have expected at least plastic or preferably glass. Although there was tea and coffee there was no milk or even powdered milk.

On the edge of the town has a wow factor reception but the rooms are poor in relation and need updating Benefit car parking at €7.50 per 24 hours which is essential as no available street parking 15 minute walk into town lots of choice to eat and drink

Wonderful room with a great view of the Loire River from our balcony. 8 minute walk to Orleans Center City and the tram. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was gorgeous.

Great location and really nice food and drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was in need of some minor decoration (chipped paint etc), but was very clean and comfortable.

The staff were lovely. The reception and restaurant are renovated. Rooms and exterior of building in desperate need of renovation but fine for a pass through / overnight

Double bed for a family room on forst floor opposite lift and stair well. Incredibly noisy for most of the night by other hotel users. Also, noise from lobby area could be hears and breakfast being set up. Bedroom nowhere near as nice as lobby would suggest. Swimming pool tiny. Beer too expensive and wasnt allowed to put on our room bill when sitting at pool sode. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful.

Used this hotel as a stopover on our way to the South of France. Hotel is not in the best condition and could use a proper renovation (toilets don’t flush, pool was out of order during our stay), carpeting and bedding clean but old an worn. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tout d'abord, sachez qu'à mon départ je me suis entretenue avec le réceptionniste qui m'a fait une remise de 40€ sur la note totale. Chambre 110, payée 150€. Chambre très vieille et très mal entretenue: Robinet thermostatique bloqué et cassé à 38° (pas d'eau froide). Douche de tête pleine de calcair (j'ai nettoyé moi même). Gel douche fixé au mur en plein milieu de la douche (je me suis cogné sans cesse dedans). Peinture craquée dans la sdb. WC encrassé. Poil humain au sol. Contoure de porte rongé. Climatisation bloquée à 22°. Pas de prises électrique en tête de lit. Trace d'un vieux tableau au mur. Bref 150€ pour une telle prestation, été ou pas, c'est du vol.

De buitenkant van het hotel oogt wellicht wat oudbollig maar van binnen is het een moderne Mercure. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel zowel aan de receptie als in het restaurant. Ook diner en ontbijt waren erg goed verzorgt. Aanrader voor als je op doorreis bent!

I booked a room for myself and my 2 children. I paid the half board rate. On arrival, I was told that my children were not included in the half board rate. At dinner, I was given my starter and main which I chose from a small, separate menu and then instead of being offered dessert, they asked ‘would you like a coffee or is everything finished?’ At breakfast, it was really busy, so we were out in an overflow room which wasn’t made up. ‘Leave it to us’ they said. So we served ourselves at the buffet and then came back to find the one table they had laid was occupied. Some stood in the middle of the lobby with our bowls of cereal and waited for cutlery, a glass and somewhere to sit. The room was filthy, and really noisy/ it well insulated from the noise of the other rooms.
