1. Front desk receptions are more like trainee don't know how to do work properly. Here are example - booking for a taxi to air port but no taxi arrive as I suspected that the booking wasn't made! Keep me wait for 30 min and eventuall have to catch the public Taxi by myself. Secondly, they told me to pay for the hotel fee even booked through the hotel.com..... I have to insist more than 3-4 times that payment was made by credit card. But it took time for the hotel staff to figure it out... What would happen if they insist me to pay twice! Bad impression...

The hotel feels like it needs an update in many areas. The around in front of the hotel is blocked by many coaches which can make access on foot difficult especially with luggage. It would be helpful if the restaurant is going to be closed to provide guests with suggestions of where to dine. The room was ok, but the beds are narrow and the bathroom was small only one person could be in the bathroom at al time. Highlight was the rooftop bar, the staff there were really friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was dirty, and the room was very small. I and my wife were on our honeymoon and we asked to change rooms, the front desk said no available room.

Très bel hôtel, avec des chambres avec vues sur Paris et la tour eiffel ! L'établissement est calme.

We extended our stay by a night. When we came down to enquire about it, the woman at the desk without looking said there were no rooms. This wasn’t the case as we checked hotels.com right after and there were rooms which we booked. She was rude, slow and generally not helpful. Later in the day, we asked about getting change to use their laundry machines as they require coins. The man behind the desk again, didn’t even look but refused to help and told us to just go find some elsewhere. If you have a coin operated machine for guests, provide change!!

Super live en aardige personeel, mooi plek en zeer geschikte hotel ook voor mensen die rolstoel gebonden zijn.

Mauvaise odeur d’égalité dans la sale de bain, climatisation hors service, checkin extremement long malgré une arrivée en fin de soirée

Acceuil sympathique Toutefois ascenseurs pas assez suffisant pour le flux de personnes le matin. Nous avons du utiliser l'escalier.

Staff were friendly and polite

Nous étions 4, 2 adultes et 2 enfants (11 an et 7 ans). Nous arrivons dans la chambre et nous voyons que 1 lit pour un de mes enfants qui soit fait. il est 18h. Je demande a la reception d'envoyer quelqu'un pour faire un autre lit pour mon second enfant. Le monsieur de la reception vient dans notre chambre car soit disant la personne que j'ai eu par telephone n'avait pas compris ma demande (pourtant simple (on est 4 on a un couchage pour 3 personnes). Il constate et me dit ok pas de probleme j'envoie quelqu'un pour faire votre 4 ième couchage. Il me demande vous voulez maintenant ou plus tard si vous sortez ? On dit plus tard car oui on sort dans pas longtemps. On s'en va, sur le chemin on repasse par la reception pour dire au monsieur en question, c'est bon on part allez y pour faire le lit. Il dit ok. Retour a la chambre 23H on voit quoi ? un lit d'appoint avec un draps et une couette (sans housse) et pas d'oreiller. Je rappelle la reception qui me dit ok j'envoie quelqu'un. 23h20 personne ne vient. Je rappelle, et là on me dit que l'équipe qui fait les chambre n'est plus là mais qu'il revient vers moi quand il a du temps car il y a trop de monde a la reception. Et oui de 19h a 23h30 L'hotel n'a pas été capable de faire un lit enfant correctement. Du coup mon enfant dort à terre avec une couette sans housse. Je trouve ca scandaleux pour un 4 étoiles.

Une belle découverte J ai même été surclassé, service et qualité au top
