ibis Avignon Centre Pont de l'Europe

Al habitación es pequeña pero limpia, la cama muy cómoda. Lo malo es que aunque parece que tiene regulación de calefacción en cada cuarto, ninguna de las 4 habitaciones logramos que subiera la temperatura. No estaba helado pero tampoco podías estar cómodamente sin cubrirte dentro de la habitación. El wc de mi habitación le faltaba limpieza

Très bon hôtel pour quelques nuits. Il est très bien placé pour visiter Avignon. La chambre est propres et bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et disponible à de bons horaires. Un très bon plan.

Chambre chambre, exigu toute petite avec salle de bain disproportionné lit, deux places petit de pas de parking. Confort spartiate.

Bon accueil, chambre confortable, bien insonorisé, parking gratuit la nuit à côté (50m) accès à pied au centre-ville facile. Bonne literie Wifi rapide

The room was really tiny, the shower was leaking all over the bathroom floor and I could barely stand in the shower, it was that small.

On arrival it was hard to figure out where the free parking was - the receptionist just said go to the left! The room was as pictured, but felt smaller. The bathroom is very small but did okay for 2 nights. Bed was hard and not that comfy. A jug and 2 cups would be handy, or at least the option of making a hot drink in the downstairs area.

Réel manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres, matelas creusé, salle de bain vraiment trop petite!!

Air conditioning is not working and I strongly think it is an essential element of the room such us bed and shower. There is no possibility to change rooms cause the hotel is fully booked.

Breakfast was really poor and pretty much empty, staff could see that and they didn’t refill the buffet

Avigkon var ett trevlig stad. Vi bodde på lagom avstånd från centrum. Hotellet had3 bra standard på båd3 rum, frukost och se4vice i recept89n. Tyväŕ var hissen ur funktion någ4a dagar, så drar ner helhetsintrycket, men det är ju en lednings fråga, och inte dom vi mötte.

Quelqu'un avait annulé notre réservation chez hotel.com, mais la réception l'employé c'est TRES bien occupé de nous et nous a trouver une chambre qui était la dernière disponible

Une seule nuit. Séjour tres rapide. Tout était OK (on a pu avoir la chambre dés la fin de matinée). Merci pour ca. Seul bemol : salle d eau minuscule

Ill do the likes first - the hotel was an easy 7 minute walk from the station - turned left ftom the station and straight walk to the hotel. Straightforward check-in/out. The room was small - ok for 1 but would be tight for 2. There was no luggage rack which meant putting my rucksack on the desk - a small thing but easier when travelling to have somewhere appropriate for luggage. My only real complaint was asking at reception if there was a coffee machine and getting s vague answer about iit not working and maybe later and would be 3 euros.. As there's no kettle in room i think there should be domewhere guests can get a hot drink. Overall the stay was clean, safe and convenient but missing something....

Very close to the central train station (TGV is about 5km away). Very close to the old town and pretty much everything to see. Quiet in April, hotel staff were very helpful

On vous demande votre carte....et enregistre tous les chiffres sans votre autorisation....par des explications suspectes...je pense que je me suis fais escroqué...

This is a really nice hotel just outside the city walls and opposite the tram terminus. The room was quiet and the perfect temperature, ensuite bathroom very good. Staff were friendly.

good breakfast and friendly staff; Palais of the 9 Popes can be reached on foot; Tramway stopp in front of the hotel takes you direct to the train station, which however does't work for TGV-trains; there in a separate train-station for them, about 10 minutes away by taxi, which costs up to € 20,-- extra
