Air con worked well, which was good during such a heatwave. Bar service was a bit chaotic and meal service was poor. Staff are clearly untrained in the correct way to serve meals. They would reach accross and in front of meals served to diners to deliver to the next person, instead of going around and serving from behind. This resulted in me catching a creme brulé as it flew off the servers tray as they reached accross in front of the person next to me. Most of the creme brulé stayed in the dish, but some ended up on me. After some apology from the server they retrieved the dish, went back to the kitchen and brought out a replacemnt dish, only to serve it in the same way, this time without dropping it on me. Clearly MUCH more staff training need in the resteraunt area needed. They were also in a bit of a muddle when it came to working out the bill for 7 people. Could do better. Car parking was OK.

Nous avons retrouvé des poils dans la baignoire et dans le lit. Baignoire anormalement glissante. Je me suis ouvert l’arcade en glissant dans la baignoire et j’ai tapé le lavabo présent dans la salle de bain qui est limite dans la baignoire. Nous avons signalé ce problème à la réception qui nous on dit que les tapis était à la réception… Restaurant très bon.

une personne c est introduite à 1h du matin dans ma chambre car à la réception ils ont donner la même chambre que moi .... super

Vi kunne ikke få parkeringsplads ved hotellet. Personalet snakkede sparsomt engelsk. Morgenmaden var ringe. Værelset var fint, men ikke egnet til små børn.

Assez déçu par la froideur de l’accueil à la réception et au petit déjeuner. Le chambre est propre et fonctionnelle.

Chambre agréable, propre et plutôt bien insonorisée, literie confortable et personnel serviable.

Et godt hotel til kort ophold, hotellet er slidt og kunne godt trænge til en opdatering. Personalet er søde og venlige

Glad you had a great stay! What stood out - clean room, staff, amenities, or something else?*

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (rooms 215,219). From the evening we arrived until we left they didn’t clean the room and didn’t change towels. They said that we had to ask in the morning to clean the room. But No one told us. We came in the evening to a disordered room and dirty room, and they said that in the evening they had no stuff to fix it. We payed for a room which the service is included, and we disappointed. I stay all over the world with Ibis and it’s the first time happened such a thing. I think you should compensate us for this inconvenience.

The room was brilliant for our needs. The beds were particularly comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and everything was clean. We would definitely stay again.

Good location in out of town retail park with only fast food restaurant/dining choices in walking distance. Rooms are typical chain hotel layout with tired bathrooms. Very good breakfast & large car park. Fuel station nearby. Added bonus dogs are allowed for an additional cost
