La camera era situata sotto il livello della strada,quindi sembrava un seminterrato.I letti decisamente scomodi,materassi vecchi.Camera molto piccola.Parcheggio comodo.

Bonjour, Pour le prix de l’hôtel (168 € la nuit), c’est inadmissible : même pas une bouilloire, ni une bouteille d’eau (soi-disant pour protéger la nature, alors que les bouteilles en verre existent). L’état de l’hôtel est délabré et le petit-déjeuner est extrêmement pauvre.

Staff was courteous, the room was great, clean room and everything was nice.

Pet friendly. Very nice receptionist on arrival. 10 mins drive from ferry. At the back of large parking near big supermarket. I stayed on sunday night so that was not a issue. Very nice bakery 50m away. Perfect for lunch!

Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Ce qui manque en revanche, c'est un petit frigo pour maintenir au froid des denrées ou bien des médicaments. Le service de chambre n'est au top, les chambres sont faites à la va vite, mais le nettoyage est convenablement fait. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec une amplitude horaire pour le prendre qui est supérieur à ce que j'ai vu par ailleurs - 6h à 11h. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. C'est donc une note de 8/10

We always stay here when we are travelling to/from St Malo. The hotel is near the dock so very handy, always clean, the room is small but sufficient. Would like a kellte in the room so a hot drink could be made.

We were given a room that was clean and functional but the aircon didn’t work - i reported it to reception and was told it was the whole hotel that had an issue - there was nothing that could be done and i was given a small fan. Later in the bar we noticed the aircon was working so i spoke to a different receptionist who advised that it was only our room that was not working! I asked for a different room to be told that was not possible, no other reason - the hotel does not appear to be full at all! Was offered complimentary continental breakfast but after a poor night sleep in a stuffy room on a plastic sheet that gesture feels like we were fobbed off - expensive as well at £151 for the night. Disappointed and wont be back

They were not ready for us and the twin beds had not been sorted. It was gone 7 pm. They’d had a bad day. We settled for the Kingsize bed. Hope to sleep okay. Long drive in the uk tomorrow Thought it very expensive for what it is. No cups in room.

Before I write this review it's all about perspective... I wanted to stay in Saint Malo but it's fair to say this is not in Saint Malo centre. It's on more of an industrial estate / shopping centre around 30 minutes by bus from the Saint Malo Train Station (Gare) or the Port with access to the Citadel. (This is reflective in the cost based on the location) I have rated this hotel average as it's a little dated and needs a refresh. Breakfast Buffet was adequate and pretty normal for an IBIS hotel. Transport, bus's run from a stop across the large carpark, and if travelling into the centre this cost needs to be factored. Returning to the hotel by bus can be a little more restrictive in terms of time of last bus and frequency. Wi-Fi as with each IBIS I visited in this trip worked well as part of the Accor Group. I generally define hotels by stating if I would choose this hotel again and the answer is NO in this case. As I was there only 2 nights I would pick somewhere closer to the Port or the Citadel. City Tax is paid locally at the hotel and is taken upon Check-In. The hotel does have a lift between floors and a luggage trolly was available in reception for moving bags between car and room. (Handy if on a Road Trip).

Séjour vraiment agréable propreté irréprochable ,le personnel à l’écoute de la clientèle souriante franchement nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir merci pour ce weeend.

À part le Monsieur qui a ouvert la porte le soir l'accueil était en option. Hôtel décevant où une odeur désagréable de produit d'entretien régnait dans la chambre et où l'on nous demande notre carte bancaire pour relever nos numéros malgré le paiement en amont. Le client doit faire confiance mais l'hôtelier non apparemment. Au petit déjeuner charcuterie non recouverte et lavette qui se balade d'un lieu à l'autre. Bref nous étions plusieurs pour ce séjour et aucun ne souhaite revenir dans ce lieu.
