Très bel hotel. Bien situé. Propre et calme.

The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses, saying that even with colleagues present, she couldn't leave the reception area and that the system didn't allow for phone calls to the rooms. Is it really true that reception can't make phone calls to guest rooms?

The building is central to the local transportation. Many options for breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The room did not cool below 66 F, so I was quite warm and would recommend packing a small fan.

The air con in our room didn’t work so it was very hot and stuffy making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The hotel itself is a little dated. Breakfast was ok but limited selection for such a large hotel. Convenient for the train station though.

Clean room, well setup for us and family. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Aucun entretien de ce qui a pu être un hotel 4*. Staff indigne, pas de plan d'accès, voiture visitée par les autochtones le temps de savoir où accéder au parking. Sous staffé, atrocement mal géré. Clairement un problème de direction

Everything is ok, clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. However the hotel is really impersonal, the room is convenient that's all, no charm.

Dégoûté. On se fait prendre de haut par la personne à l'accueil lors du check in... Nous demandons où se trouve le parking car pas évident à trouver pour pouvoir se garer et surtout recharger notre véhicule ( bornes elec dispo sur le site). Bornes en travaux et donc il faut se débrouiller... à 20h00... on nous fait remarquer que l'on a un bon prix, eh bien oui, cest pour toutes les fois où l'on paye plein pot et meme le double quand les hôteliers profitent d'un salon pour gonfler les prix ! Nous demandons l'heure du petit dej car nous avions un timing tres serré et on nous annonce 6h30. A 6h31 on arrive au petit dej pour s'entendre dire que ca ouvre à 7h00... nous sommes partis sans déjeuner. Je passe sur la chaussette sale de nos prédécesseurs laissée dans la chambre. Pour un 4 étoiles... plus que moyen

chambre propre, un petit moins pour l'absence de poubelle dans la salle de bain petit déjeuner correct qui ne justifie pas le prix exorbitant personnel au top

EN FRANCAIS Le chauffage de la chambre 314 ne fonctionnait pas bien du coup il faisait froid

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and I really enjoyed the beautiful view from my room.

Très bonne impression générale. J'ai pu aussi constater que leur service était très efficace, après avoir oublié ma trousse de toilette dans ma chambre. Ils me l'ont aussitôt renvoyée en colissimo sans me demander de contrepartie.

When I walked in to check in it was really hot. Ask the hotel clerk and she said don’t worry rooms are cold. Well no where near to have cool air. Barely slept that night. Won’t go back and quite surprised this service under the Novotel chain

Hotel sans surprise. Attention, parking non securisé. Les pietons ont acces aux vehicules a pied. Pas privatif.
