Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel si c est pour vous reposer tres bruyant. Tout ce qui se passe dans la rue comme si nous y étions. Pas d accès a la salle de sport

This property was maybe a 4 star hotel 30 years ago. Three stars on its best day now. I’d say it’s a solid 2.5. The hotel is tired and needs a multi million euro update. Our first room AC worked poorly and the carpet was in extremely poor condition. The shower is pretty lame with a half glass wall so everything in the bathroom gets wet. Also the plastic hose to the shower twists under water pressure resulting in water everywhere. We ended up changing rooms after the first night. The staff on the other hand was four stars. Very helpful and pleasant. Also the location can’t be beat. Right in the center of town. Walk to everything in minutes.

Très bel hôtel au centre de Toulouse à proximité des restaurants et boutiques. Les chambres sont top. Pour ce garer, il y a plein de parking aux alentours en sous sol mais qui sont payants donc environ 30 euros pour la nuit.

Staff was very rood and not accommodating to any sort of changes. Not worth the money for a low budget hotel

今回はほとんど寝るためだけに利用しましたが、近隣のレストランのルームサービスやバーなどがあり充実していました。お部屋は清潔で満足感がありました。スタッフはチェックイン、チェックアウトともに親切でよかったです。

I wish I could recommend this hotel, but I will not sadly!! One member of staff in particular made me feel low. The receptionist, who ignored all my efforts to explain a word ‘pillow’….. although I even googled and showed her the images how a pillow looks like. I was asking for 2 extra pillows for my children, but she couldn’t be bothered to do anything. Perhaps my expectations of the International chain hotel were higher or at least some basic English knowledge would be a bonus. I also asked her to fix our shower basin, which was blocked therefore we could take only a very quick shower. I asked twice. Nothing was done. And lastly a cleaner didn’t come in the afternoon when we were out although I did ask to clean our room in the reception before we left. The answer was that the cleaner saw ‘do not disturb’ sign and left. Yes, I agree that was in the morning, not in the afternoon though. No apology nothing at all. There was a wonderful receptionist Michelle, who was really helpful and kind. She made us smile and happy! Big credit to her! On a positive note the location of the hotel was great! Easy to access and walkable everywhere. The terrace was an excellent addition to our spacious room. It was just a few minutes walk from the train station, which was very convenient as we took a train to beautiful Albi.

Hotel in centro a Tolosa di ottima qualità

Lovely hotel space. NO PARKING NEARBY! Arrived late afyer flight delay. Given random tiny paper map with no conclusive directions to a car park and no instructions avout it. We got lost going around and around for 30 -40 ninutes and wnded up back at the hotle to ask advice. By then it was midnight. Was advised incorrect location when i asked staff to put car parknon my google maps. Said so, foind another person whomput.correct address in. Parked car. Told was free as part of the hotel, then was charded 15euros and was told we we were lucky as it would be 30 euros otherwise. Was told by staff no on else ever had an issue and they didnt care Plus then charged the 3.60 euro city tax which was fine as i expected that. Was givien no info re breakfast times on arraval. Brilliant it went till 10 am as we had to get up at 5am due to a fire allarm. We had 3 gours sleep. The breakfast was nice. Room clean. Get location. Terrible check in service. Terrible parking information. Terrible response to a single mum and child trying very hard to get a good night sleep

Bon emplacement pour visiter, chambre confortable et excellent petit déjeuner..

Upplevdes som ett lågbudgetalternativ till enormt överpris. Omodernt och ganska slitet. Superior tvåbäddsrum var litet och låg högst upp med snedtak och utan riktiga fönster (bara ett litet i taket). Duschen hade ingen typ av dörr eller draperi så mycket vatten hamnade på golvet vid dusch. Inget balsam. Enbart engångsmuggar för såväl tandborstning som kaffe. Rummet ej klart för incheckning när vi anlände kl 16 trots att hotellet angav incheckning från och med kl 14. Smutsigt porslin från föregående gäst stod kvar i korridoren utanför rummet fram till minst 21 på kvällen. Kvaliten på hotellet motsvarande absolut inte pengarna vi betalade och jag skulle inte rekommendera det alls. (Personalen var dock trevlig.)

Quick one night.Easy and friendly no problems

What a horrible 48 hours! We booked a suite with a terrace and had a late check in from delayed flights. We got to our room at midnight and it was as hot as a sauna. Of course no sleep on night 1. In the morning we told the desk and they sent a technician to check it out who said the ac had a larger problem. They moved us to a new room and at midnight it was as hot as a sauna again. Go to the front desk and they move us to a 3rd room. Had to repackage and pack again. 3rd room in 48 hours and about 7 hours sleep at this hotel. After all these horrible inconveniences they comped us 2 drinks and 48 euros. I won’t even tell you what we actually paid 6 months in advance. Total ruined our time in a city that bears our name!

Cher pour la prestation de la chambre

Quiet room. Really quiet despite being on the 2nd floor in the middle of a corridor. Windows facing the inside courtyard. Really dirty looking carpets throughout. Light beige color, therefore completely stained everywhere. Should have been replaced long ago. AC not really controllable as always in most hotels. Breakfast below average: -food quality just average. And mostly cold. -coffee machines never serviced and mostly in need of maintenance. -too crowded around 8:30am. Lines to access foods and coffees.

Estava escrito que o hotel teria estacionamento. Não era verdade. Estacionamento público, cerca de 500 m do hotel. Proibido estacionar para deixar as malas e ir ao estacionamento. Não houve qualquer aviso prévio do hotel desta situação. Ficamos no quarto 201, cheiro horrível no corredor do segundo andar. Durante is 3 dias. A partir das 8 horas da manhã as pessoas responsáveis pela limpeza pareciam fazer uma conferencia ao lado da nossa porta do hotel. Bem fraco

L’hôtel n’est vraiment pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles Le lobby est sympa et c’est tout. L’arrivée dans les étages est catastrophique, les moquettes sont tâchées et sales de la sortie de l’ascenseur à la chambre. La chambre très petite, moquette à nouveau sale, rideaux tâchés, literie de mauvaise qualité. Ne correspond en rien à la description et très peu fidèle aux photos. Nous avons donc changé d’hôtel.

Rien a signaler. Tout a ete parfait! Tres bon emplacement pres de Jean Jaures metro. Beaucoup de restaurants alentour.
