Room was sizeable and nicely laid out. A few technical problems were not corrected despite repeated comments to reception (USB plugs not working; closet light not shutting properly when door closed). Used the gym but not the sauna, jacuzzi or restaurants. Location good and close to metro.

When we arrived, receptionist (male) very courteous, but the person working at the first floor bar was not. She was not attentive and was not friendly. Our room was so cold and the heater was not working. We talked to the staff and he worked on the thermostsat and it was still cold in the room. There was no full length mirror and the closet was way too small.

Tl;dr: This hotel is fantastic and I will absolutely stay there again next time I’m in Paris. I’ll update this review with more detail later but wanted to quickly share how happy I am with the hotel and their service. It’s a beautiful place with great amenities and in an excellent neighborhood. What really makes it special though are the staff. Throughout our stay everyone who works at the hotel was so kind to us. We often felt that they went out of their way to make our trip special. Generally speaking, I also definitely recommend this hotel for the location. It is slightly further away from some main attractions but it is very close to two great Metro stations and there are plenty of city bikes to rent close by. We also found that being in this neighborhood we had more food options that were less expensive and higher quality than other districts we visited. Final quick note is a WOW for the garden suite. I shared a picture so that you can see how special it is. It’s not common to find a hotel that has such a cool feature. More details later but again, just needed to share a quick huge thank you to the wonderful staff that made our trip fantastic.

We loved our stay here!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were quiet and the overall vibe and decor were so cute! I liked the location also - close to the Eiffel Tower and a few transit lines, but also quiet and peaceful. If you want to stay in a more happening neighborhood this may not be the place for you, but it felt close enough to everything that I preferred coming home to some peace and quiet.

This is a great hotel. Very modern and well put together. The spa services were great and free. The roof top bar a must do as u have views of the Eiffel Tower. My only gripe is the room ee had must have had smokers before us even tho we asked for non smoking. Also it was a very noisy road across from a government building so if i were staying again i would ask for a backside room. There are o ly a few dining options close by. There is a small grocery store. You can walk to the Siene and follow it down to the Eiffel tower but its about a 30 min walk or a $15 euro can ride. Its close to the river boat criuses (Italian one) beds were comfortable, bathroom was newly updated and modern. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. I recommended spending the extra on the breakfast option..very good! Lobby bar is nice and its got a patio area too.

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par le service au restaurant de l’hôtel, qui est loin de correspondre à un établissement 4 étoiles. • J’ai demandé de l’huile d’olive, on m’a répondu qu’il n’y en avait pas, mais qu’un arrivage était prévu le lendemain. Le lendemain : toujours rien. Le serveur a finalement dû aller en acheter lui-même au supermarché du coin, contre de l’argent donné en main propre. Inadmissible à ce niveau de prestation. • Plus de croissants au petit-déjeuner : nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes, le temps qu’ils cuisent. • Le yaourt servi était périmé de 2 jours. • Le petit-déjeuner était pauvre en choix : un seul type de lait, très peu de variété, absolument pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel de ce standing. Pour un hôtel affiché à 400 € la nuit, c’est simplement inacceptable. Aucun geste commercial, aucune vraie prise en compte de ces problèmes. Ce séjour nous a laissé un goût amer. Je déconseille fortement.

This is my third time staying in the Quinzerie Hotel. I love that the neighborhood is calm and has a great location. It is near two metro stations and the Eiffel tower. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet has lots of options. This is my hotel of choice in Paris
