Hôtel très bien situé avec vue sur le château de Chambord.
Chambre très confortable, petit déjeuner convenable mais un peu décevant

Una maravilla de hotel. Las fotos son exactas. El edificio del hotel es donde eran las caballerizas del castillo, que lo convirtieron en esa maravilla. El restaurante es divino. No vale la pena salir a desayunar o cenar en otro sitio.

Really nice hotel, high quality restaurant. Staff were friendly. Service was attentive. Atmosphere was nice, but maybe a little bit stuffy. My room was very small - this didn't matter because I was traveling alone, but if I come back with my partner I'll pay for a higher level room to get more space.

The staff was wonderful. They handled all our bags at check in and out.They parked and charged our electric car. The room ,although small, had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The food was outstanding. It’s well worth the extra cost to receive such elegant accommodations.

Ce n'est pas le plus beau des hôtels mais le site où il est implanté et splendide les chambres ont une grandeur convenable bien équipé la restauration du dîner et du petit-déjeuner dans la lignée d'un hôtel de ce styl
La vue sur le château de jour comme de nuit ne fais pas regretter tous les kilomètres fait pour y accéder.
Le seul bémol sur ce séjour là cela a été le château le service de sécurité exécrable on nous a obligé de sortir du château et de ne rester que dans le premier niveau car soi-disant à l'étage il risquait d'avoir du givre donc on risque de glisser un grand n'importe quoi pour un monument comme cela surtout pour les voyageurs qui y vont en hiver de ne pas y aller partant de froid de givre de pluie et tout ce qui pourrait gêner la visite du château les déplacements car la sécurité c'est du n'importe quoi

-Staff très accueillant et agréable
-Bon petit déjeuner

-Chambre petite sans charme particulier
-Espaces communs froid sans charme ni chaleur, on ne retrouve pas du tout l’esprit de château, idem pour la façade extérieure comparable à un hôtel de chaîne standard.
-Hammam en panne, nous avions réservé cet hôtel en parti pour le spa, la faute a pas de chance peu être mais sur un week-end prolongé sans réparation c’est bien dommage.
-Supplément 10€ pour le parking, peu impactant sur la note globale mais pas correct par principe, il n’y a pas d’autres alternatives.
Conclusion, ça ne vaut pas 350€ pour une nuit (chambre standard), à ce prix on attend plus.

Séjour très agréable avec une proximité incroyable sur le château. Un lieu vraiment unique. L’hôtel était très bien, service et personnel très bon. À mon sens il faut prévoir une légère rénovation de la salle de bain car quelques petits dysfonctionnements. La température dans la chambre était étonnamment élevée et le tapis en pied de lit beaucoup trop usé pour un hôtel de ce standing. Un très bon soin massage…
