​Our special New Year’s Eve stay was a complete disaster. Despite an advertised 2:00 PM check-in, we were denied access to our room until 6:00 PM—a four-hour delay that ruined our evening plans. We had paid for a premium "Tribe Max" room, yet we were left waiting in the lobby for hours with no updates beyond "it won't be long." ​The breakfast experience the next morning was appalling and unsanitary. The restaurant was completely trashed, with every table covered in dirty plates and trash. Food stations were empty and filthy. When I pointed out the lack of clean tables to a staff member, she simply shrugged and walked away with zero effort to help. For a high-end hotel in Paris, the lack of basic cleanliness and dismissive staff attitude is unacceptable. This stay was a total service failure, and I am demanding a full refund.

Overall it is a nice property. Modern and well kept. The location is near multiple dining options and it's nice area to just walk around. The room we got for 3 people included a double bed and a pull out armchair that converted to a twin size bed. The bathroom was also a good size. We found the space comfortable considering the smaller options in Paris area. Checking in and checking out were quick. Although the staff weren't rude, they could be more welcoming. Even a simple hello when you walk in and when they see you would've made a difference. The room was clean when we arrived but the daily cleaning can use improvements. The toiletries were not refilled and the mugs were not washed. Only the beds were made. I would stay here again if the price is right, for it's location and comfortable size rooms. A more welcoming staff and better room cleaning service would make this hotel great.

The hotel I poor in related to service, they need to think about the roam service more, we didn't like the place but it was okay, would choose different hotel next time

Rooms are very small. Hard to find floor space to put luggage. Breakfast buffet was good except they ran out of food frequently and we had to ask to have thing’s replenished. Front desk staff was very nice.

A l'arrivée dans la chambre la climatisation n'était pas en marche, la chambre donnait pleine ouest avec le soleil, il faisait boen 30degré dans la chambre. J'ai du attendre 4 heures pour avoir une température agréable dans la chambre. le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Le point positif c'est le personnel tres agréable et serviable.

Hôtel moderne très bien situé pour visiter Paris car proche de la ligne 1 de métro. Lit très confortable, très haut, oreillers moelleux. A noter chaleur excessive dans la chambre qui nous a obligé de dormir fenêtre ouverte et là le bruit de la rue peut déranger. La salle de bains a une porte transparente. Le petit déjeuner continental est varié et de bonne qualité. Nous réserverons encore dans cet hôtel

Hotelli oli siisti. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Sängyt olivat hyvät ja huoneessa oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Aamupala oli hyvä ja täydennystä tuli nopsasti vaikka välillä olikin ruuhkaa. Hotelli lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä metrolta. Rauhallinen ja mukava alue.

Amazing stay in a clean cosy hotel. Perfect location and amazing staff.

No heating controls in room as they had been locked and room was red hot. Bed had paper / plastic sheet so no dissipation of body heat and fridge was on an inside wall heat from that was kept in the room. Opened window but traffic noise high all night. Complained on Tuesday morning and when back in hotel that evening was told the problem was fixed. It wasn't all they had done was remove the safety wire on the 4th story window so that the window could open further onto the main road below. Complained again that evening, nothing could be done, complained again on the Wednesday morning and when arrived late Wednesday night no change. Complained but no joy so left the hotel Thursday morning without having any sleep for 3 nights - a complete shambles of a hotel.

No restaurants were open in the area so had to eat from the limited menu at the hotel

Hôtel bien placé à deux pas de la Défense et proche du centre de Courbevoie. Nouveau concept d'Accor, accueil très débridé, équipe sympa et efficace. Hôtel propre Accès garage à l'extérieur, peu conseillé si mobilité réduite

The hotel is only 10 minute walk from the Metro 1 train, so there it is easy to access all of Paris. The room though had a lack of electrical outlets; there was just two of which one was broken, and this is because they installed USB charging ports but they only provide about 1A or less which is insufficient for today's smartphones and tablets that need 2.5 Amps or better for proper charging, hence why electrical outlets are needed. Also the refrigerator is placed in a cupboard which the cleaning staff close the door, but this causes it to over heat and switch off due to poor ventillation - the cupboard needs vent holes. Other than that, a great hotel with some restaurants nearby, plus a mimi-mart.

The parking was a nightmare. It’s so small than if you don’t have small car you’ll be in trouble. We damage our car there and the night after 10 pm, we had to knock at the reception to open the parking. Added to that, rooms are extremely small. I won’t recommend this place to anybody.
