Cron Palace Tbilisi Hotel

The air conditioning did not work, the staff spoke terrible English causing a lot of miscommunication, We spent close to three hours dealing with their incompetency, between room changes, faulty door locks, non working air conditioning. very Overpriced for what felt like a bad motel stay. And listed as being in the center of town but that requires a car ride.

Good hotel, but situated next to very busy road, so you can expect noise from the traffic all day and night round. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The best thing is they have 24 hours sauna and swimming pool available.

David at the front desk was very helpful. The staff was for the most part pleasant and tried hard to meet our requests. A few opportunities are: 1) we rented the penthouse suite. The room was spacious and nice but the bed was not as comfortable as the beds in a standard room. I would recommend to replace the round bed with a nice king bed. 2) the shower/jacuzzi insert was novel but the jacuzzi tub leaked. I would recommend to replace with a nice dual head walk in shower. 3) the guest manual said room service was available 24 hours but apparently in February they do not offer room service after 8pm. Make sure your guest manual is updated and accurate. Location was not bad but was a taxi drive away from the Chardone area and freedom square and getting in and out can be difficult due to parking in front is filled on busy days but front door staff was always helpful to secure taxis.

Hotel staff was very nice. Rented the penthouse suite. The bed left a bit to be desired for comfort. The room was well sized and nice but had family in standard rooms and the beds felt more comfortable. The shower jacuzzi tub was nice other than the jacuzzi tub had a leak so only used the shower. Indoor pool was nice. Guide said 24 hour room service but during February we were informed that there is no room service after 8pm. Staff at front desk worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. David at the front desk was very helpful. Location is away from main areas where one would like to be for a leisure trip. Housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. Spent most of our time away but was always glad to get back and relax at the end of the day.

A really nice hotel close to the downtown area, presidential suite was beyond expectations with balcony that has an amazing view!

It was convenient for my meetings, the collection from the airport was on time, the central heating was too warm and I could not open any windows to get some fresh air

The hotel is very well done, the staff is excellent. We have not tried their facilities, as we only had one night there. We had not checked the location very well, and we were on holiday there, so for us it was a bit too far from the center. A very affordable 5 Lari taxidrive will take you to downtown Tbilisi, but on the day it was a huge traffic jam, so took us a while.

The hotel is clean. Staff nice. Quite and well maintained. The only hotel at this level who don't provide you sleepers even on request. Location is away from city crowd but good enough. Breakfast is usually not included and does not worth to its value.

From the airport pick up to the moment I left Tbilisi, I was glad that I was staying at the Cron Palace. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the facilities were great, and the room was very comfortable and clean. As an English speaker who had never been to Georgia before, I felt very well taken care of. The pool and spa are open 24 hours. The staff were all very polite and helpful. I can easily recommend this hotel to everyone I know, including my parents. I know they would feel comfortable here.
