Very close to the cathedral. Lovely hotel room, would stay again!

Er wordt geadverteerd met kingsize bed maar het zijn 2 single bedden naast elkaar.

Strong central location, easy online check in ( or in person) and helpful staff. + getting a bottle of water everyday was a lovely touch.

Lovely hotel, perfectly located within a two minute walk from the river, and 10 minutes (with luggage) from the Station. Fantastic rooms, and friendly staff.

A very well located, very clean, modern hotel. Great staff, professional and friendly, we didn't ear breakfast there but it looked excellent too. Room was small but well appointed and equipped. Thankyou to Lena who was very helpful organising the repair of my safe.

Hotel was in a great location, close to cathederal and main station. Did not enjoy the bed or pillows. When checking out noticed that they were bringing in new beds for some of the rooms, great!!! They had the only elevator out of service to load up with the new beds...at 9 in the morning??? Felt bad for the fellow travellors on higher floors. All in all not a bad stay. Close to amenities.

Vi var heldige og fikk rom i øverste etasje med en kjempestor terrasse. Fantastisk utsikt rett på Kölnerdomen og utover broen. Vi ble veldig godt mottatt og hadde et fint opphold.

We’re on a road trip through Europe from Denmark and have stayed at four hotels before this one – and this was by far the best. I work in the hotel industry myself as a former reception/bar manager and hospitality trainer, and I have to highlight the incredible guy at reception when we arrived around 3 PM. I didn’t catch his name, but he was outstanding – welcoming, smiling, curious about our journey, and full of great recommendations. He made the small lobby feel personal and warm. We had contacted the hotel via Hotels.com in advance, and within days they confirmed we’d get a room with a great view of the Cologne Cathedral. Room 505 did not disappoint. I spent hours on the big balcony admiring the view. The room was spotless and it was a nice touch that the water bottles were cold in the fridge (often they’re left lukewarm on the desk elsewhere). Great location, great staff. Even the delivery guy greeted us kindly in the elevator. Funny detail – the same man who checked us in was also there in the morning! What a legend. At checkout, his colleague joked he’d call our bosses to help us stay one more night – a lighthearted moment that made us feel even more at home. He said we should return and ask for 505 again – though apparently, there’s an even better room? We’ll have to come back and see! Thanks for a wonderful stay – Kalle & Sofie from Denmark

Hotel muito bom, quartos amplos comparados com os demais da Europa. Cumpre bem sem papel, localização excelente.

Mir wurde von ebookers ein zimmer mit domblick verkauft - daraus wurde die sicht auf den hinterhof. Das comfort doppelzimmer 220 war eher ein einzelzimmer mit 2 betten. .

The hotel is well located for the station and the Dom. The rooms are modern and clean. It was good quality for the price and gave good value. There is a safe in the room and separate recycling part in the bin.

Great location, a few blocks away from the Cathedral and the train station. A lot of restaurants and bar near by. The room and bathroom were big enough and spotless clean. Staff was really friendly. We had a room with Cathedral view.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kölner Dom. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sogar zwei Kaffees und zwei Croissants gingen aufs Haus. Sehr aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

スタッフの方も優しくとてもよかったです。 しかし、冷蔵庫が冷えなかったのが残念でした。
