Der Anspruch der nach außen transportiert wird, wird innen und in vielen Details leider nicht gelebt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Schloss selber und die allgemeine Erscheinung hinsichtlich Pflege- und Erhaltungszustand war so lala. Alle Armaturen und Brauseköpfe im Bad waren deutlich verkalkt, leeres Duschgel wurde nicht eigenständig vom Reinigungspersonal aufgefüllt. Komplettiert wurde das Bad durch einen unpassenden und klapprigen Abfalleimer, der nun überhaupt nicht zu dem Ambiente passt, mit welchem geworben wird. Mit den Gardinen war es kaum möglich, ausreichend Verdunkelung hinzubekommen - zudem waren sie aufgrund der hohen Decken kaum vernünftig zu bedienen. Ein Seilzugsystem würde das Leben der Gäste einfacher machen. Die Betten waren mittelmäßig bequem. Am Frühstück hervorzuheben ist das selbstgemachte Birchermüesli, sonst war es leider auch eher ernüchternd. In einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwarte ich mehr, als einen aus der Verpackung genommenen, geschmacksneutralen Scheibenkäse, der zudem nicht einmal beschriftet ist - so dass man raten darf, was man da jetzt wohl essen wird. Richtig guten Kaffee gab es leider auch nicht. Insgesamt bin ich etwas enttäuscht, denn durch die Lage und das Anwesen, hätte das Haus sehr viel Potenzial. Für das aktuell Gebotene und den Mangel an Sorgfalt, ist der Preis definitiv zu hoch.

Beautiful property and room (we were in the main building) with A/C. Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. Great experience! Parking is limited - there are a few spots along the drive up to the hotel; otherwise, I was told there was a bigger spot but it was a bit of a walk. The room key is attached to a HEAVY weight, which is hard to carry in your pocket. I was told you could leave it at the desk daily. Another note, the elevator is down 3 steps so that could be a problem for some. Overall, we loved this castle-like hotel overlooking the river with beautiful sunsets!

You have to make sure to book a room in the main castle or otherwise the rooms will be in annex, need to walk outside for breakfast and reception. And the annex rooms are nothing special, actually a little lower quality than a business hotel. Breakfast is excellent

We reserved thinking it within the castle but learned at place that it is a different building in the premises.

Beautiful property! Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The restaurant has excellent food and the breakfast buffet is a great value with many varied offerings. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, alles wirkte sehr gepflegt. Das Ambiente des Schlosses ist wie aus einem Märchen. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare.

Super Hotel, fantastische Lage und Aussicht, wunderschöner Garten, Als Business Hotel könnten da vielleicht ein paar Steckdosen am Schreibtisch sein. Und 2 Geräte fürs gratis Wifi ist nicht zeitgemäß.

We stayed in the annex which was very lovely and quiet. It was nice that there was a coffee machine in the lobby, however, it ran out of water (for tea) Sunday evening, so there was no coffee available Monday morning until 8. Perhaps room coffee maker would be better? Otherwise, the property was beautiful! Right above the river. Very easy to take the tram into Dresden to avoid parking. I definitely recommend a stay here!

Tolles Hotel in traumhafte Landschaft. Wer möchte nicht mal in einem Schloß übernachten.

저는 영화속에서만 봤던 아름다운 성에서 자게될 줄 몰랐습니다. 멋진경치가 비즈니스를 도운것 같아요. 마주치는 모든 직원은 친절하게 웃으며 인사하고 도움이 필요할땐 망설이지않고 도와주려는 모습이 감사했습니다.

Sehr schön gelegen, großes Parkgrundstück mit schönen Ausblick auf die Elbe. Sehr freundliches Personal.
