War ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt! Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön! Das Essen war super! Das Spielzimmer könnte mal wieder angeschaut werden aber sonst war alles perfekt!

Tout était bien, a part la serveuse qui était là le soir. Le premier soir elle était vraiment désagréable quand on lui a posé une question, on c’est dit qu’elle était de mauvaise humeur et que ça peut arriver, mais le deuxième soir quand mon mari a commandé un café au lait au bar elle lui a réchauffé un café au micro onde et le lait il ne l’a jamais eut. D’autre personne on trouvé cette dame méchante, et je pense qu’elle devrait mieux gérer sa frustration. Les autres membres du personnels étaient tous très gentils

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen,der kurze Weg vom Zimmer in den Badebereich. Auch das freundliche Auftreten des Personals war uns sehr angenehm.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Séjour très sympathique dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé en hauteur, vue panoramique sur la montagne. Piscine très grande, un peu froide, mais ça allait. Peignoirs fournis, literie agréable, les chambres sont très bien. Un petit bémol, nous étions un peu déçus par le buffet du soir. Par contre le petit déjeuner était top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. L'accueil était très bien, merci.

Es war ok. Alle waren neutral freundlich, kaum jemand herzlich. Vielleicht ist das nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Massagen konnte man 3 Wochen vorher nicht buchen, war zu kurzfristig. Zimmer sehr klein, aber sehr sauber.

Chambre sur le côté avec balcon au 1er etage, vue brisée par un toit. Dommage. Lit d'appoint pour notre fils, donc pas une chambre avec 3 vrais lit. Petit dej super mais malheureusement pas avec vue. Nous étions contre un mur. Il manquait egelement 1 robe de chambre. Accueil aimable moyen, commercial rapide, pas aidant (question sur les resto du coin) pas aidant pour faciliter la compréhension de l'allemand. Piscine super. Mais au final on y retournerait avec plaisir

We were not sure about staying at Jufa because it was out of the way, however, it's location is what made us love our stay even more. This is one beautiful, scenic and peaceful hotel. The perfect place to unwind. There was plenty of parking and an elevator to bring you to the hotel entrance making it easier. Wish there was another elevator inside the hotel, but they offered to help us with our bags. We were warmly welcomed and check in was a breeze. Our room was wonderful, a little dated decor-wise but it added to the charm of the place. So comfortable. We were given robes, slippers and towels to use at the pool and spa which was so nice. We booked Jufa because of the spa and were so glad we did. The pool was huge and the perfect temperature. We were the only ones to use it at the time making it even more luxurious. Slept so well afterwards. Breakfast, in the morning, was outstanding and absolutely delicious. Lots of choices. We sat at the corner table and looked out over the hills and valley and it was spectacular. A definite highlight of our European vacation was our stay here. We have talked about returning to Jufa again in the future and staying longer. Loved, loved, loved this hotel. We missed it the moment we left. Thank you Jufa.

Très bon acceuil,la restauration et prestation au top.

Nous avons passé le week-end du 11/02 au Titisee. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car pas trop éloigné du lac. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel très sympathique ! Le dîner super et le petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Le seul bémol : piscine de l'hôtel un peu froide 😪

What a wonderful location. The views are spectacular! Staff and service were hands down some of the best on our 2 week Europe tour.

the view is beautiful and peaceful. I wish I would have reserved room with balcony it would have been worth it. Breakfast buffet was great. Loved the big indoor pool , sauna and steam sauna. Wonderful hotel and very nice staff. I would highly recommend this hotel

Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Hallenbad in die Jahre gekommen, Wasser war angenehm. Essensauswahl keine, außer ein Abendmenue.

Tolles Hotel, wunderschöne Aussicht vom Zimmer aus.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon und einem tollen Ausblick ins Tal. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig im Dorf Saig, also nicht in Lenzkirch direkt. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit guten Betten. Bad und Toilette sind separat. Genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Vorschläge an das Hotel: Eine Minibar oder wenigstens ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll. Ein Wasserkocher zum bereiten von Tee und Kaffee mit dem entsprechenden Zubehör gehört mittlerweile eigentlich zum Standard. Leider gab es auch keinen Flaschenöffner im Zimmer. Die Telefonnummer zur Rezeption ist am Telefon nicht vermerkt. Das Frühstück ist absoluter Standard, selbst in Italien haben wir stets mehr Auswahl vorgefunden. Croissants gibt es wohl nur Sonntags. Die Mitarbeitenden sollten mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf Details legen. Leider mussten wir nahezu täglich auf z.B. fehlende Gläser, Teller, Milch, Wasser im Teewasserbehälter, Brötchen hinweisen. Das empfanden wir als sehr nervig. Bei den Wurstwaren könnte man diese doch als Schwein, Geflügel, Rind deklarieren, die Schilder dazu existieren ja schon. Zusätzlich zum Abendbuffet wäre zumindest eine kleine Brotzeitkarte zu empfehlen. Auf Nachfrage ist nur dieses erhältlich. Die Mitarbeitenden sind allesamt höflich. Besonderes Lob an Frau Löffl* und Frau Cindy.

Super séjour, Personne très agréable malgré le fait que je ne parle pas super bien anglais et lui pas français... Tout a été super . Seul petit bémol le restaurant c'est en buffet juste la pas de soucis, sauf que c'est premier arrivé premier servi... du coup au dîner on avait vraiment pas grand chose... Nous avons pris les devants pour le petit déjeuner et nous avons bien fait. ils préparent un large buffet qui est bon mais par contre il ne le recharge jamais donc quand il y en a plus bas il y en a plus... Et cela ne change pas le prix pour autant...

La propreté est excellente. Dommage que l'image de la chambre ne corresponde pas à l'image fournie à la réservation. Le repas était bon sans plus et nous n'avions plus le choix déjà à 18h entre les 2 menus car l'un était déjà épuisé. La serveuse était gentille mais comme un sergent-major, on ne pouvait pas discuter ou demander autre chose. Mais le reste était très bien
