I found the room small. However I’m American and I am used to big things. We brought a lot of luggage which made the room even smaller. But this was us, not the room’s fault. Breakfast was good. The location was good.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk was brusque. Admittedly we were in town during Oktoberfest, but also, hospitality is their actual job. They didn’t do anything wrong, they just weren’t especially helpful. I had messaged about car parking before I arrived, yet I had to pull up the messages to prove it before they would allow me to pay €20 for the garage key. They also offered no flexibility for parking after checkout despite there being tons of room in the garage. All of this was within their right, but also gave the feeling that guests were to be endured rather than indulged.

Hotel was okay - wifi was not working, it was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The area is residential, so no much to do and had limited transportation options at night. During the day, you can take the tram to the central station and is fairly close to the city center.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, location was very nice and the breakfast was excellent!

Schneller Check-In, freundliches Personal, ruhiges Einzelzimmer zur Seitenstraße und es war sauber! Das beste daran, Check-Out bis 12:00 Uhr!

Nice little standard hotel in an old building which is nice. It has literally everything you need; clean, quite spacious and quiet rooms. Mine had a Nespresso machine which I appreciate. Magnifying mirror and good lighting in the bathroom which I also appreciate. Fun touch to the decor. Lobby small but with lounge area and a bar. Breakfast totally satisfying with scrambled eggs (maybe not the best ones), yoghurt, fresh bakeries etc. Small breakfast area so had to sit at a conference table which was fine. Well located for my purposes.

Das Hotel hat nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen. Diese befinden sich an einem anderen Ort. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Das Buchen wäre nur telefonisch gegangen. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Einrichtung ist Geschmacksache. Die Tapeten zieren riesige Porträts von Adligen. Ich habe mich nicht beobachtet gefühlt. Meine Mitreisenden schon. Die Bäder sind etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Noch nicht all zu sehr, aber es ist in beiden Zimmern etwas Putz von der Duschwand abgeplatzt gewesen. Es ist aber noch im Rahmen. Das Bett war ein Traum. Die Matratze war sicher neu. Einfach toll! Die Lage ist gut. Tankstelle in der Nähe. Bäckerei im selben Gebäude, praktisch gleich daneben. Gute Preise der Waren und lecker. Parken ohne Parkhaus, nicht empfehlenswert. Parkplätze sind fast alle belegt. Musste ca. 15 min weit weg fahren. Die Kosten sind erheblich. Die App zum parken, sollte man schon haben und in aller Ruhe eingerichtet haben. Sonst braucht man Nerven oder viel Kleingeld. Von 10 Eurocent - 2€ Münzen nehmen die Parkuhren. Das Parken ist von 23 Uhr - 9 Uhr aber umsonst. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit einen 24h Beleg zu bekommen, kostet aber richtig Geld. Meine Emofehlung, nicht mit dem Auto anreisen. Oder wenn doch, unbedingt telefonisch reservieren. Sonst ist es zu teuer mit dem Auto in der Gegend. Keine öffentliche Parkgaragen/Häuser vor Ort. Durch das gute Straßenbahn und U Bahnnetz, brauchts eh kein Auto im schönen München.

Pleasant stay, good value for money. Breakfast was very nice.

Buena, hotel limpio, lindo, bien organizado. habitaciones un poco chicas.

Eigentlich ganz hübsch eingerichtet aber teilweise billig und kleinere Defekte im Badezimmer. Personal war aber top und das Frühstück war auch ganz gut. Und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war wichtig!

Dachzimmer ohne Klimaanlage, nur mit einer Lüftungsanlage. Halt nicht optimal.

Hotel is fine - don’t bother with breakfast if not included when booked they want €22 a head and it’s simply not worth it. Visit a local bakery or cafe which are on the doorstep instead.
