โรงแรม Mövenpick Stuttgart Messe & Congress

Nach dem Rückflug hier übernachtet. Zimmer sehr nett. Hotel/Lobby mit viel lieber zum Detail weihnachtlich dekoriert und überhaupt alles sehr schick und stylisch. Ganz tolles Frühstück. Schade, dass wir nur so wenig Zeit hatten, hier wären wir gerne länger geblieben.

Tout était très bien

The room was amazing. Spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The only problem I had is that Expedia apparently didn't contact the hotel to actually reserve my room. The hotel staff said it wasn't the first time!!! What the heck?!?! Why can't Expedia simply do what they are paid and promise o do. Will probably book hotels directly in the future if I can't trust Expedia to do their job!!!!!!!!!

Sehr langwieriger check in prozess. Hotels.com bzw Expedia hat laut dem Personal nicht weitergeleitet dass die Übernachtung bereits bezahlt wurde. Die Dame an der Rezeption wollte ungefragt und kommentarlos die Übernachtung von der Kreditkarte abbuchen.

Frühstück wird am Wochenende bis 11h angeboten. Jedoch sieht es um 10:30h schon völlig leer geräumt aus und wird selbst auf Nachfrage nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Kein Käse mehr, kein Mineralwasser, keine Salami. Sehr enttäuschend für ein Mövenpick.

Eines der besten Flughafen Hotels in Deutschland! Modernes und sauberes Zimmer, alles in ansprechend hellem Design. Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich, ein solches Angebot sah ich lange nicht. Auch trifft man überall im Hotel auf extrem freundliches Personal !

the Ubahn station is right in front of the hotel and the STR airport terminal is 10 min walk away, the hotel has cart to load your luggage if you need one. For the check in the front desk is located upstairs somehow it is a bit confusing to find via elevator, and if you drive a car to arrive at the hotel entrance, you need to park it, then go upstairs to reach the front desk, but there is a roation door by the front desk which you cannot drive your car to it to enter the hotel, this entrance to the front desk is for hotel staff, as I was told, not for you arrive with car to unload and enter. Lobby coffee and water is not free unless you use it between 4-6 AM, like it as a joke. breakfast is so so, nothing more than a 2 star hotel can offer, feel not like the hotel is professionally designed or managed.

The check-in took a bit of time as they couldn't find my booking at first. I got checked-in eventually. There are multiple elevators, so the time to your room is significantly short. The room was spacious, bed was soft and the lighting was dim and cozy few things that jumped at me were, despite being a 4star hotel some basic points weren't met, The room had no dental hygiene products no (toothbrush or tooth paste). The room had a big tv but neither was it connected to cable not was the Google Chromecast working I had requested for wake up service, which I didn't receive. I had to leave early so breakfast wasn't an option, but I wasn't very impressed by the hotel to be honest. Average
