Beautiful room Great Breakfast loved the juice Bar

Die Kritiken über die Parkmöglichkeiten kann ich nicht beurteilen. Ich hatte drei Tage lang direkt einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus zugewiesen bekommen. Perfekt. Das Frühstück und der Frühstücksraum ist tatsächlich bei Vollauslastung des Hotels unterdimensioniert. Es fehlen schlichtweg Tische. Der Raum ist für die Größe des Hotels eindeutig zu klein. Ich selbst hatte das Problem nur am ersten Tag. Wahrscheinlich lag es an der Urzeit und alle wollten gleichzeitig frühstücken. Am zweiten Tag kam ich etwas später und es war nahezu leer. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Lovely clean and modern hotel. Parking is a slight issue as there are only 40 odd spaces for 150 rooms.

Selected this hotel for our honeymoon based on its location (so close to everything), its elegant looks and its amazing views of Stuttgart. Was extremely disappointed on first night to find out the hotel couldn’t provide any cooling (be cations of the weather if coming here in late April/early May) which meant no more views out of the wall to wall windows in the room needing the curtains closed to prevent heat from coming in, it was still above 25 C sleeping at night with the windows open. The hotel and restaurant are spectacular, the views and atmosphere do not disappoint! Just be cautious of what you are offered as it seemed everything had additional charge and even ended up arguing with a waiter at Balastine over a free drink ticket given by their management to use there…

Not the greatest experience, I had booked two twin rooms for 4 male guests. Upon arrival we checked in to two double rooms, reception staff were unable to check us in to twin rooms, the best they could offer was one room with sofa bed and they could change both rooms into twins the following day. The room with a sofa bed had no bedding and we than had to wait on this being delivered to the room. Parking on site was not available the first night which was disappointing. As agreed the next morning staff made arrangements for the rooms to be made up into twins. The second evening we managed to use the car park below the hotel, upon check out one car (me) was charged a parking fee €23, the other was not and the ticket was validated for free, which was slightly annoying. The sky bar was nice and we had some drinks there, we then visited the restaurant and had a pleasant meal, although it seemed to be an issue that we wanted to split the bill and we felt pressured by staff to pay on one card. This is a nice hotel and a good location for the Porsche museum, unfortunately we just didn’t have the greatest experience.

1. I choose Radisson because they have great options and preparation by real chefs. This time, however, despite the there being a card in the room offering room service, I was told the restaurant was not supporting it. I was advised that I could go to the restaurant but that it was fully booked, but I could get drinks. As there are not a lot of choices, and it was 2100 hrs, I opted to not eat until breakfast. 2. I was unable to sleep due to the persistent, and thick smell of smoke permeating through our room A/C. Being on the 23rd floor, it did not come from the 10th floor deck/restaurant. Perhaps the staff were taking smoke breaks near the A/C handlers? Unacceptable! 3. Knowing the parking situation was limited, I inquired about parking reservations. I received two replies that did not address my question, but rather were advertisements for me to upgrade. While not the case yet, I see hotels beginning to follow the "RyanAir" model, and offering rooms, but if you want additional amenities (towels, soap, lights, TV, etc.) there will likely be upgrade fees. Do not do this! 4. As an Expedia Platinum member, and the hotel advertised as "VIP Access", I am disappointed that a room upgrade was not available - but was offered as long as I paid. I understand these perks are based on availability and Expedia members likely fall short of Radisson members, however, Expedia should make better effort to reward members. 5. Thank you to the staff for accommodating my final bill!

Amazing staff. We got there early so had to pay for early check in. But the staff were able to upgrade us so in the end was a win win. Great view of the city. Approx 10 min walk from a seemingly busy street. Overall a fantastic experience
