Unterkunft ist für 1 Nacht absolut ok, jedoch würden wir für einen längeren Aufenthalt andere Hotels bevorzugen.

Ich fühle mich im Parkhotel immer sehr wohl. Guter Service & ansprechende Küche.

We travelled all the way from Canada to watch the Euro Championship in Germany. Unfortunately, my family and I experienced a very unpleasant situation with one of the employee Saturday morning. We arrived at breakfast service around 10am and we were quite surprised that none of the main dishes were available. While these things may happen, we were extremely disappointed with the service of the employee, Melanie. First, I tried asking her if there was going to be more main dishes coming out, but I was completely ignored. A few minutes later, my two sons also tried to ask her questions about the breakfast but they were very rudely spoken to. Throughout our breakfast, we noticed her behaviour to be very erratic. After this terrible experience I asked her for her name and I told her I was upset with her service. She replied that she is dealing with 100 people and did not apologize for her behaviour. Her service ruined my entire family’s breakfast experience and morning. We were spending all of our time in Dortmund, but decided to stay at this hotel in Witten due to the great reviews about the breakfast service. In fact, we had a delightful breakfast the precious day.

The hotel was old but very well maintained. Cleaned, spacious and walking distance to the central train station. Very friendly and helpful stuff. A bit on expensive side for the location but considering the event going on, UEFA championship it was a very good choice we made. The area around was not the greatest one. Nothing going on and not clean. Surprised with Germany, returning there after 30 years

Wonderful friendly people, good food in the restaurant, our room was lovely with lots of natural light and it also had a balcony. The breakfast was great. And all this came at a price that was very reasonable. If we get the chance to visit Witten again, this is definitely the hotel we would choose. The gentleman on reception, Holger, was very welcoming and made us feel at home.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Beruflich fahre ich immer in dieses Hotel und fühle mich "wie zuhause". Das Team ist supernett und das Zimmer, wie auch ales andere, sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist zwar alt, aber das fällt nicht ins Gewicht.

Tagsüber Baulärm im Hotel. Damit für Geschäftsbesprechung äußerst störend. Zimmer bei Ankunft eiskalt (offenes Fester bei 0° C). Im Restaurant 2 von 3 Bestellungen unvollständig.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Frühstücksraum in der 9.Etage mit Dachterasse lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück und guter Service.
